Perfect stay at Southville guesthouse. Tracey is wonderful, friendly and kind. The rooms are well set up, with comfy beds, a sink, tea and coffee. The shared bathroom is spacious and clean. The continental breakfast offerings are great and include oat and soya milk, GF bread, and an espresso machine. A more residential location so was quiet enough, just hearing the sirens, and still a close walk to the city, bus and train stations. Would 100% stay again next time I’m in Bristol.

The room was lovely and clean. Didn't know how to open the windows properly at first , so found it bit claustrophobic and sniffling...|But it was all good. Tracy is very friendly, accommodating, helpful and I really liked her! I only stayed the one night but would definitely return.

Tracy is a really great host. I received a message early in the day letting us know we could arrive early if we wanted and another recommending a nearby area for dinner. The guesthouse is in a good location so there are plenty of options and it's not too far to the city centre. It's on a quiet street, so good for getting to sleep, and we found a space to park easily. The included breakfast had some nice touches so overall this is really good value. It's a shared bathroom but there aren't too many rooms.
