I recently stayed here, and while there were some good points, there were also a few downsides that affected the overall experience.||The Bad:|Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work during my stay, which was quite inconvenient. …

Our AirBnB is near the pub and we got a chance to dine in without reservations on a Friday night. The place looks amazing! We ordered the Fish and chips which is remarkably delicious. It all comes with a salad, peas and coleslaw. The service is fast and it was the perfect food we need after a long drive.Definitely a place to try when in Bristol and they offer different kinds of cuisine which I think is also in good quality considering there are a lot of people eating in the area. 👍

Excellent location to Bristol Airport. Although the building needs a bit of tlc the rooms are clean and comfy. The stairs are a bit windy and steep so not ideal for anybody with mobility issues. Having said that, the food was hot and tasty and the service was amazing. Will defo stay here again. Good value for money

Great location, fantastic food, and the rooms are very pleasant. Some rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and our shower facilities were just along the corridor via a lockable door. This was no inconvenience, though. All in all, a very nice establishment.

A great place to stay if flying early Am from Bristol Airport. The room was huge and well presented with an en suite shower room and a boutique type bath at the end of the bed (I guessing it was for the romantics) we never used it. Very reasonable pricing and ideal for the airport just a couple of miles away.

Average. Fine for a pre-airport stay. Hotel is rundown, parking is good, staff are nice, rooms are very hot in warm weather! The place needs some tlc and updating. Drinks are fairly expensive and the food was average. We stayed in the large loft room which was huge!

Perfect location for access to Bristol airport which was the purpose of our trip. The room was absolutely stunning but very hot, a fan was provided in the room. We had an evening meal whilst there which was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Unfortunately this place could be amazing but it just lacks that extra special touch.Place looks half finished inside, rooms smelt of dog and is very tired with thread bare carpets and a teeny tv. Bed was not comfortable let alone deluxe!Food was definitely a microwaved curry and Iceland style frozen chicken skewers with jar sauce poured over!!! Wouldn't stay here again which is a shame because it's a fab location and a wasted business opportunity! :/

I booked a stay at the Darlington as we were due to fly from Bristol at 6am and the location is fantastic. We only paid just over £60 so weren't expecting it to be as good as it was. …

Have to say I read the reviews and was so worried. We parked very easily outside the pub.Raka was lovely very polite and showed us to our room. It was clean and modern no issues what so ever. Worried about the separate bathroom but it was right next to us and was a lovely modern clean bathroom. We used the seating area outside while the sun was out, very comfortable and a lovely evening. Came inside and sat in the very comfy larger chairs having a few drinks ,these were reasonable priced for bristol area . Lovely atmosphere as well. I had chicken tikka skewers omg these were amazing !! Even altered the meal for me and swapped out rice for salad.Best meal for a long while would def recommend. The bed was super comfy and I slept well. The road is a tad noisy but this is the road that takes you right to the airport.Only down side were the very noisy guests who had no bother banging around at 3am with no care whatsoever for anyone else sleeping..Would def use again when we fly from Bristol.
