Stayed for the one night. Lovely place, excetionally clean and beautiful breakfast. It's a shame there's not a pub in the village in walking distance, but plenty to choose from not too far away 3-4 minutes in the car. Will certainly have no hesitation staying here again when in the area.

5 stars?! I hear you all collectively gasp? Yes, not often that you stay at a b n b and actually want to live there permanently, but I am in that predicament. We arrived in late evening and with the warm smell of Jasmine rising through the air we were met by Nicky at the door. One of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in (the green room) with an oh so comfortable bed and so very quiet as well. Nice powerful shower in the en suite too. Breakfast was lovely, literally garden fresh eggs and some lovely home made jam. This home looks lovely as well with William Morris wallpaper. I'm starting legal proceedings next week against James and Nicky for them to adopt me...😁 highly recommended πŸ‘Œ πŸ‘

This fabulous B&B felt more like a top class Hotel , the Old School house has much charm and character from the Victorian period , the decor and furnishings are a wonderful eclectic mix . Our room was well appointed , very comfortable and the en-suite had an amazing shower. Excellent views over the Church grounds to front, we could hear the cows mooing in the nearby farm.Breakfast was as good as the friendly and enjoyable conversations with the Hosts Nicky and Jim .Secure off road parking to rear .Best Jams and marmalade selection we have ever encountered .A big thank you .We shall return ..Trefor and Samantha

Wonderful hosts. Nice location. Lovely large bedroom. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Great parking. Pretty garden. Spent a few days in Somerset visiting friends. The School House made a great base for us to enjoy our time away. Thank you from both of us.

Quiet, nice breakfast with welcoming owners.Personally, I prefer staying in a hotel rather than the feeling of staying in someone's spare bedroom.A biscuit with the tea making facilities would have been nice.
