Beautiful location on a working open-farm, comfortable barn accommodation. The cafe on-site was great! Fire pit in the garden, and meandering cows are great entertainment.

Good place for a group get together. Quite basic but reasonably priced. Fantastic walks from the door. Could do with turning the heating up a bit but it was quite cold when we were there.

Fab ice cream and coffee. Donkeys, tractor for the kids to climb about on and robot cow milking. What more do you need?(The nachos are good too)

I visited the Thorpe farm bunkhouses with a few close friends and my stay was perfect. The bunks are well equipped and are kept to a clean standard. These bunks are not 5 star hotels so the odd spider and cobweb are expected as they are camping barns. I really liked my stay here and will definitely visit again in the near future.

I genuinely do not know how these people are getting away with this. The place was absolutely filthy to the point of being a health hazard – so much dust anyone with asthma or bronchitis would have to be hospitalised after staying here. …
