What a wonderful experience staying at Regency Guest House! If you want the perfect base to explore the North Broads or Norwich then we’d recommend staying here.The rooms are big and beautifully decorated. All have en suite bathrooms and the twin had a big bathroom close by. All the bed linen is high quality and there is so much attention to detail. Selection of teas and coffee in the room and they bring you fresh milk in a thermos to use. There are biscuits too! All the hand soap and shower gel are Faith in Nature brand which is high quality, SLS and paraben free. Mark and Jane even left out some delicious Norfolk shortbread for us as a gift. Jane also washed and dried my clothes after I fell in the Broads. Above and beyond! They were so helpful and welcoming.Breakfast selection is big with Jane cooking anything you want. Neatishead is quiet and quaint so you’ll get a good nights sleep. Great pub a few mins walk away for dinner and a pint.We shall definitely come back here. Thank you Mark and Jane for the warm welcome and pleasant stay.

Jane and Mark have been so welcoming it’s felt like home from home. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfasts are excellent and the room very comfortable. The White Horse Inn next door is very good too. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break.

2 night stay, came down from Essex for a wedding.Lovely traditional guest house, friendly and welcoming hosts. Room was spacious, decorated nicely and very clean. Bathroom had a freestanding bath which was a lovely luxury. Complimentary tea coffee and bottled water. Even a fan, hair dryer etc everything you could want.Nice breakfast, lovely to have the fresh fruit and other options. Thanks for the gluten and dairy free options.Nice pub next door. And walk to the broads, we couldn’t do this on this trip but would definitely return.Ps thank you for the Bobby pin, really saved the day!

Several of us stayed at the Regency Guest House last week - for work, as we were working at the nearby Barton Broad on an event; the lodgings were excellent and I would recommend them. A great welcome with homely rooms, along with home-made fayre and treats, plus a tasty breakfast. With thanks to the hosts for making our stay comfortable! (PS The pub next door is recommended for a good welcome with great food and drink, too!)
