The employee said that they did not accept the transfer money. So we said no more because we didn't have any cash. He let us transfer. The employee looked dissatisfied. The service is not very good. The room is not very clean.

The bed was clean but when I slept it gave me a backache.Bathroom, toilet not clean The sink is not clean.Room appliances do not include a refrigerator. For 2 people, just one small bar of soap will be given.Compared to rooms with the same price

Many things should be improved, especially the location. Because it takes you to another branch. waste time And the employees provide service unwillingly. Another thing is the matter of the key deposit. You must also provide details on the website. It's not like going into the check-in and then being notified. As for the power plugs, there should be multiple ones. The room rate is expensive, but there's only one power plug. There wasn't even a bottle of drinking water provided. I had to go and buy some to eat myself. In conclusion, I was very disappointed with the money.

The room is very dirty, including the bed, sheets and bathroom. Not recommended for people who want to rest. The bed is hard, the blanket is like a towel. It's probably more suitable for 3 hours in and out. Not worth the price of 600. Recommend somewhere else.

The only advantage is that it's not expensive.weakness- The air conditioner is not very cool.- The room is very dark, there are no windows.- Hard mattress, hard pillows- There is only 1 plug.- Bathroom water is not strong.- There is a TV but I can't watch it.- There is only soap, no shampoo.In conclusion, if there is another place, you can go somewhere else.

It is an unsuitable place to stay. The bed is hard, the air conditioner is not cool, waiting for an hour is not cool. Blankets are the same as towels. There is no refrigerator. In conclusion, I don't recommend it. The price is around 500. If anyone is looking for a place to stay, I recommend somewhere else. Run away.

This hotel located between the beach and the city is well served by public transport. the team is very friendly and the boss is available to give good advice but also to provide much more service than one has the right to expect. In addition to the little daily attentions that we received daily during our stay, when we left he accompanied us to the bus station with his personal vehicle.By this he demonstrated with us the legendary Thai kindness which he thus honors.

The room is very old, not even a hotel. The air conditioner is a ducted air conditioner, not cool. There was no refrigerator. The blanket is too thin, not an investment. The power plug has only one hole. The bathroom turned on the water completely and came with water. How dare you open this price? Toiletries There is a bar of soap provided. The bed is hard. Whoever wants to stay, better reserve the Hop Inn across the street.

It's not very accurate. Transfer money to reserve a room, reserve 2 nights, get a deluxe room. When I came to check in, I didn't know what room I was getting. People with long legs can't sleep. The bedroom is like a gym. The employees did not speak politely. When we asked if we transferred money to reserve a room, didn't we lock the room for the customer? Said it wasn't locked. Whoever comes to check in first gets a room. So I asked back: And if you come later, the room is full, where will the customer sleep even though the reservation has already been transferred? The hotel staff said I will call the customer and inform him that he will refund the money. I'm sorry, but I don't want the money back. I want a room. We are confident that we have reserved a room. After paying the money, we will have a room to sleep comfortably, but I didn't know that the hotel provides customer service like this. It doesn't pass. One time is enough. I reserved 2 nights, but probably just one night's sleep will be enough. I won't step on it again. Finished reporting.
