The room is spacious, clean, the mattress, pillows, and blankets are clean and above the price.Managed by teachers and students (maintaining it as an internship). Overall, good.

Big hotel, clean rooms, big, clear TV, has a refrigerator, soap, shampoo, strong water, sleeps on the 4th floor, very cheap price, belongs to Pattaya Technical College. It's right next to the college. Wide parking space, able to park many cars. I saw there was only one review that said it was good, so I drove to take a look and saw the place to stay. Came in late at 10:00 p.m. and only charged 500 baht. I don't know if it's normal to charge this much. There are no front-office employees here. If you need to take a break, press the phone number to follow. The entrance door to the accommodation has a key card for entry. Outsiders can't enter. It's safe. The hotel is at a red light intersection, opposite Cholchan Hotel. Turn left a little. It's comfortable.
