Reserved a room via Line on Sunday (End of Buddhist Lent 2023), learned from the counter that it was likely the owner would accept it himself and we were booking another place and were going to keep saying it was a 5 foot bed, but here it was 6 feet and not adding an air conditioned room at all. I chose this place because my 7 year old is small. The distance from the beach is not much different..butWhen we arrived at 2:00 p.m. it was more than check-in time. When you return, you have to sit and wait 15 minutes. Claiming to check out at the same time The housekeeper was cleaning (funny)...and saw a customer waiting with a bag earlier..decided not to wait and put only 1 bag of clothes in the house after cleaning and put it in the room for him. Let's take the little ones to play in the sea first. There is a deposit of 200 baht for the key. Everything is via transfer.. The owner informs via Line that on the day of check out it will be refunded....Coming back from playing in the sea, the room was right by the stairs on the 2nd floor. It's a normal room with no special decorations. The bathroom is very narrow. You can hardly stand to shower on the toilet. At night, it's like sleeping next to a running train track.. How loud will the air conditioner sound be? Old and not cool at all Outside the balcony there is dust and bird droppings_// TV screen is as small as a computer screen. Stayed for only 1 night. When people walk up the stairs, you can clearly hear the sound of talking. The towels were like thin blankets and were torn..check out at 11.45 a.m. The staff at the counter informed me that the owner would transfer the deposit for the key to me..asked when..said no later than noon. Which is funny, the customer checked out and still hasn't refunded the money. I'll go up and check the room, no matter what. But I'm told to wait. Went out to buy something at Ang Sila at 1:30 p.m. and had to call and ask why the money hadn't arrived yet..the counter replied that it was probably because the owner wasn't available yet. Funny again. I do this often..so I asked. Have you notified the owner yet?..I've already posted the work..I'm probably just recording it. Well, if it's like this, I'll google it and say that this place is like this. The air conditioner is loud. When you arrive, you have to wait. You also have to call to collect the deposit..it should take no more than 10 minutes. The owner quickly transfers the money to you immediately. Claimed to be sick in the hospital. But use your mobile phone to tell me along with the money to transfer. It is assumed that the hand was not broken. This is what we call service..not impressed at all..whoever reads this, go somewhere else so you won't regret it later..all of this has evidence of transfers on LINE, it's not an attack in any way, but it's the truth.

The room is worth the price but very old. The staff have a good frown. They make faces difficult since booking and transferring the deposit late, but the housekeeper gives good advice.
