I chose this hotel based on other’s review. Despite some of the bad ones but I experienced the under delivered myself.Pros: closed to terminal 21. Beach. Tiffany show. Comfortable bed. Decent room view.Cons:1. I booked 3 rooms. As soon as I walked into one of the rooms, cigarettes smells everywhere. We asked to changed room and the staff changed us to an improved room.2. The lux room’s shower door and the toilet are literally next to each other. Almost impossible to open the shower door without hitting something or myself squeezing to get into the shower.3. Upon checking in, we were told that there will be no construction on weekends. Since one of the room is on the 14 floors. We only stayed 1 night, the next morning my cousin got woken up by construction sound on a Sunday morning at 9am. We called to complained. The first time they said they will ask the construction to stop. My cousin waited for 30 mins, still not stopping. I called again and said figure this out now. The staff came up with a conclusion 20 mins later that they will moved her up to the room next to me and we can have late check out.Unfortunately, who can sleep after got woken up vigorously and took an hour to resolved. The best solution they can offer is switching room? And late check out? I even gave them choices to choose from. They said the owner will not comp a night for her room or give a free night but we can book regular room and be upgraded for free next time. Yea right lol we will not be returning. If this is the best you can come up with to make your customers of 3 rooms happy. Not even an apology or breakfast offer. But to be honest, we didn’t even care for any of that. We just wanted to know that THEY CARE. But they don’t.Oh well, that’s my honest review. I have been traveling around the world and it’s a shame that this hotel in my own country is so underwhelming. If you choose to stay here just know that they will not take any responsibility on their mistakes.Dear management, I wish your business long lasting and prosperous while managing like this. Great service and staff. Mr Itt was very helpful. Highly recommend. 👍 Great location close to all of the main attractions in the city. You will not be disappointed when you come here. King deluxe room was great and I would stay here again next time.

Great service, clean and comfortable rooms as well as excellent staff and management. Enjoyed my stay and will be coming back to this hotel during my next trips to Pattaya. Everyone has been very helpful.|Great price to value ratio.|Pippa restaurant is a must visit especially during sunset with a stunning view from the top floor.

Luxurious rooms, very well maintained and neat and hygienic. Breakfast spread is good but I would say for vegetarians or Indians the choice is pretty limited. So I would recommend not to pay for the breakfast as a package,instead have food in nearby indian restaurants or eateries.

Stayed for just one night the bed was very comfortable and the room was fresh. The on-suite was nice with a good, easy to use shower. The hotel is nearby to many nice places and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:Warm welcome at check inDecent, clean and functioning roomCons:Four complimentary bottle of water daily (350ml x4)Any extras is 71฿ eachSide note:This applies even if it's raining heavilyNight duty reception insists this is hotel policyI would also like to state that this is not about the 71฿ but how the message was conveyed from the night duty front desk, without empathy nor understanding that got me feeling as the Thais would describe.... Ngonggg.Overall, good hotel to stay in. Just remember to get your water from 7/11 when you're checking in.Cheers, thirsty guest

Best hotel experience ever! Mr. IT provided a the best guest service. Rooms were always very clean. Breakfast was served and was excellent. The second restaurant upstairs was also excellent with great food and great service. I look forward to booking at Mytt next year!

Very nice hotel, nice lobby, nice rooms, great sea view, very very good breakfast 5 stars. Location was 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the bud terminal 21 mall. Pippa the rooftop restaurants was amazing. The live band there that night singing blues was really good

Staff at check in counter ask to wait for 2pm to check in when arrived at 135. Waited at the sofa area. Staff does not take the initiative to inform when room was ready to check in at 2pm. Same as check out. Staff ask to wait at sofa for 5 mins for check out. After five mins up, didn’t bother to inform I can go off. Have to ask them again then they say ok to go.
