It's better to go stay somewhere else. At this price you get a room like this. Not worth the price paid for 2 nights, 1600+, got a ground floor room. The room smelled damp. The rubber tile floor was swollen and cracked open. Walking on bulging floors The bathroom stinks. The room is not sound proof. The sound of the air conditioner, people walking, people talking can all be heard. The bed is very hard. Cleanliness cannot be found. The blanket had stains. The room floor still has sand from previous guests. The 5 star review should have come from someone staying on the upper floors. Whoever gets the lower floor like me will receive their karma. The only good points are that the owner is easy to talk to and friendly (but the employees who came to open the room didn't seem to want to work that much). The air conditioner is all cool. The first time is enough.

The atmosphere of the room has a very good view, next to the sea. The second floor room will have a clear view. But the entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow.

Good view of the sea, ok room, not far from the pier in front of the house. Get on the boat and call a staff member from your accommodation to come pick you up at the pier.The accommodation also has motorbikes for rent for 300 baht per day.

The room is very good, very nice, with a fresh view of the sea. The second floor is the most awesome. The price is very cheap. The guest provided good service and came on the boat. Waiting to receive you at the pier, very wonderful. Found a sincere room on Koh Larn🫶🏻🫶🏻

Stay here 2 nights enough to rest & explore Koh Larn, get the price of 230K per night, the facilities are a mini refrigerator, unfortunately there is no water heater for bathing, not all of the staff can speak English, btw to check in at Sea Beach Ko Larn 1 yes. Beautiful view directly facing the sea, perfect for watching the sunset. The location is close to Sevel too. Good👍✨.

Despite I like the accommodation here, there were some discrepancies in my booking. I was booked to a room on the corner where I could see a better view but the owner called and told telling me that there were who came to take videos of their resort so I'd have to be moved to the adjacent room.When I had to check out, I asked for my things to be kept until my ferry leaves but when I came back, I saw it was left on the table outside where my things could be drenched from sudden, periodical rains.Otherwise, the location is great as it is close to the pier, market, and the beach. The room is comfortable, it faces the sea, and it has a balcony. The bathroom is clean as well as the bedding.

Good room, wide, strong water, second floor, good view. The owner must call to talk. As for foreign employees, they seem to be good, but don't be careful, take pictures of everything as evidence if you stay, including the room and the rental car.
