This is a very nice guest house with large clean rooms. The stuff is always available and friendly. The location is amazing, less than a block away from the beach.

It's great that the price is great and there are many places to eat nearby. Unfortunately, during my stay, the air conditioner leaked water and it took two days to fix it, and the bad smell coming from the pipes in the shower room was so strong that it made me feel sick in the morning.

Saturday, July 20, 2024, came to check in to run the Pattaya Half Marathon. The room is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, but the view is the room. There is no elevator. You have to walk up the stairs. But it is about 800 meters from terminal 21. There is no parking. You must pay a parking fee of 100 baht per night for the restaurant across the street, but the room was reserved through Agoda. Over five hundred baht It is considered not expensive. The road in front of the hotel is one-way traffic.

About 2500 yen per night. A quiet hotel located on Soi 3. The sea is also a few minutes walk away. Big C supermarket is nearby, and there is also a food court and a coin laundry. What's more, it's not as mysterious as Soi 6 (lol). It's old and doesn't have an elevator or a pool, but you can have breakfast for 80 baht in Nanamemae. Most of the employees are women, so it is recommended for women traveling alone.The only regret is that the convenience store is a little far away.

I really recommend this placeThe price is cheap, the air conditioner is great, and the refrigerator is high-performance and very large.The room is bigger than necessary haha.Amenities include a small bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo and soy sauce.But the rest is really goodI like the performance of the air conditioner the most.

I used it for day use until the evening bus.The location was good and they accommodated early check-in.The negative point is that the request for a lower floor room was not received when making the reservation.

Checked in at 12 for one day. 850 baht. The air conditioner works, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator, two bottles of water in it, a TV, the bed is comfortable

The rooms are reasonably priced. Inside the room is clean, the air conditioning is cool, close to the beach, can walk to the beach. Near a place to eat, near a mall, near a buffet restaurant. Public transportation also passes through Songtaew. Overall, it's good for this price of 500-600 baht. I like it.

My room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is close enough to all of the action you'd like to see in this area. Walking the soi and all the "attention" it brings comes with Pattaya. My room had AC issues that the receptionist helped me correct. The receptionist was a rather comical lady as well. I'd recommend it for the price I paid.

It's a little over 2,000 yen per night, but it's clean and in a good location.A great place to use as a base for long-term stays(In fact, I often see farangs who seem to be staying for a long time)The downside is that there is no hair dryer or elevator.I don't mind the elevator, but be aware that there is no hair dryer.It may be possible to borrow one at the front desk, but I can't confirm with my English ability.

Good price. Good location just few min walk to the beach and other nights market. Receptionist is kind and friendly. Everything good except the stair to upstairs is narrow.
