At first I was very positively surprised at how nice and clean it wasUnfortunately, after the first cleaning, my duvet cover was changed but a dirtier one was put back on it with blood stains, I didn't understand my cover was very nice and clean after the cleaning then dirty, unfortunately otherwise the stay was pleasant, a bit off the beaten track but quiet

The staff were welcoming and answered any questions I had. My stay was 2 days but I extended my stay for almost 2 weeks. Location was on the Songthaew/10 Baht truck route. The mattress was hard. Aircon cooled the room. It has a lift/elevator.I would stay here again.There are places the hotel needs to paint or provide maintenance, but for the price, I was satisfied

Small, compact room, economical price for 2 people or 1 person staying. I have reserved 2 rooms for 1 night.For people with a small budget but wanting to travel, I recommend this hotel in South Pattaya. For people who like to smoke in the room, you cannot smoke, but there is a balcony outside where you can smoke.

I arrived at nearly 8 PM on May 23, 2024, with a fully paid Agoda booking for a deluxe double room with a balcony. The female receptionist, whose name I unfortunately don't remember (though I wish I did to mention her here), greeted me with an entirely unfriendly attitude. She assigned me room 107, which was completely different from what I had booked through Agoda. The WiFi connection in this room was also terrible.When I asked her if she was sure this was the room I had reserved, she informed me that they were fully booked and said I could cancel and find another hotel if I didn't want to stay. I was shocked by this terrible service, especially given that it was nearly 8 PM. It made me wonder if her attitude was because I'm Asian.Please consider choosing another hotel when staying in Pattaya. Besides the poor service, this hotel is also located in the middle of nowhere. Do not stay here!To Sailor Hotel Management: The reason I rated one star is that the receptionist's attitude was worse than one star. If you believe your staff is performing well, feel free to disregard my feedback and continue business as usual.

A place where every member of staff was either rude, or talking about you negatively in thai. If you want to go to a place where they have a page list of things they can fine you for, then come here. Do you want the cleaning staff, to look at you in the hallways like you killed a cat. Come to the Sailor Hotel. I"ve never had random strangers give me such dirty looks for no reason. 4 Air Conditioners outside the room made it loud, but nothing compared to the staff.

The air conditioner is not very cool. The room has glass windows on 2 sides, making the room bright. But if there are 2 layers of curtains, it will be very good. But overall, the new room is good.

I made a reservation that included breakfast, but was told it would start at 9am, so I couldn't eat it because I had to leave early in the morning. A normal hotel would open at 7 o'clock at the latest. There are no amenities, so you need to prepare everything. You can smoke on the balcony, but the view from the window is blocked by a dirty apartment building. The parking lot can only accommodate about 5 cars. I stayed for 2 days, but the room was not cleaned. This hotel was like a cheap hotel and was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Pattaya.

Room size according to price But cleanliness should be improved.No matter what price we pay Cleanliness should be there. The sheets and pillowcases are very black 👎👎👎 and the employees don't look like they welcome guests. Ask and talk with a sullen face.

Situated at a great location, all basic amenities available. Clean and spacious, and good for the price. The host/receptionist was very sweet and polite. You also have the option to rent two wheelers from this place. Breakfast options can be improved, and waiting lobby can have more fans or AC installed, which would be more convenience for guests! Overall, will recommend, had a good stay.
