There is no parking space for cars, but the service staff are good. Unfortunately, when we were swimming, our little one saw a rubber ring and a rubber ball, so he went to pick them up and play with them, but we weren't sure if they could play because there were employees. It's like the guests sitting by the pool always turned to look at those of us playing in the pool with eyes that didn't seem friendly at all (I saw it during the night when guests came out to play with rubber rings and balls). I would like to improve this matter. The only issue is the eyes of the employees at the poolside.

The room is big, good, very clean, suitable for the price, worth it for this price. 3 people staying for 900 baht. The water is strong and the air conditioner is a bit noisy.All in all, it's worth it.

Well, everything in the room is old, of course, but the main thing is not the smelly air conditioner, and this is rare for Pattaya.The water from the shower smells moldy. One hook for large towels is broken.The refrigerator is cold.The main part of the building is located inside the courtyard, and there is no noise from the road.Good attitude of the hotel staff. Cleaning upon request without any problems.On the lower floor there lives a large cockroach :), which periodically goes out to the small pool. The pool is not cleaned well, due to the self-cleaning device: the water does not leave the top level, but under the water in the container, so the top layer is not cleaned.Not so far from the pier, about 15 minutes walk.Considering the price (700 baht for a double room, 900 baht for a triple room with a separate bed 1.8), it turns out to be quite a good price/quality ratio.If you fix the little things and update the old towels, for this price it will be generally ok.

This hotel needs to be renewed. Everything is old. The bottom of the shower door is broken. The sheets and towels are stained and torn. If you have to, it will be fine for 1 night, but do not stay longer.

In general, it’s cozy, the rooms have air conditioning (noisy, but working), WiFi and TV. A very small hotel, so calm and not rushed. Breakfast takes about 30 minutes, but if there are 6 people, your breakfast will take longer...

Minus 1 star for the location because it is inconvenient for people with cars. The service is very good. The employees provide good service. The rooms are considered worth the price paid. Cool air conditioner The bed is soft and comfortable. I'm secretly a little sad that I received a room that was not as written in the app that I had reserved. (In the app it said a view of the pool but got a normal view🥲) But that's okay. Everything is really great. The wifi is very strong. The pool is a cute size. There is a small pool for children as well. Accommodation near Bali Hai Pier, close to walking street, except for parking for cars.
