Tormenting Street Noise!!!We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms (facing Bun Kanchana road) there are slightly larger rooms available for a walk-in rate of 800B per night . Which may offer a better experience than what we had.The good:- clean, big rooms- very friendly staff- plenty of parking for cars (a few spots are covered)- elevator to access higher floors- at least six different convenience stores within 5 minutes walk.- budget friendly room rate, also on weekends (<600B on Agoda)The not so good:- A lot of noise from the street below: Noisy trucks passing by and loud Motorbikes revving their modified mufflers and roaring engines into late at night, there was little to no sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep.- beds are a bit hard- internet was not working about half of the time- the TV screen is too small, just the size of a small computer monitor. Maybe 17"?- no proper workspace for laptop- no day curtains for privacy, and the night curtains are not the blackout kind.- Fridge is very small- some ants (cannot leave any food out)- not many restaurants nearby, mostly food carts and beer bars.On the whole, while the hotel offered ok value for money with its big rooms, and friendly staff, we would rate our experience 3.5 stars. However, the constant street noise and other minor inconveniences were significant drawbacks, resulting in this 3 star Google rating, in fact my partner thought it was only a 2 star experience.If you’re a light sleeper or need a quiet environment, you might want to consider other options or book one of the more expensive rooms that are not facing the road.

The room and bed are very spacious, soft pillows, soft bed, there is a sink for washing dishes, a refrigerator, and a kettle. The parking lot is very wide. Small cars and big cars can park easily. Located next to an important 7-Eleven..!! Good service staff, very cute, both evening and morning rounds. Booked through the app and got a price of 504 baht, totally worth it.

The staff and security guards are cute. Always smiling and greeting Provide fast service and are willing to help.Very convenient because there are 7-11, massage shops, coffee shops, laundry very close by.The bed, pillows, and blankets are good and clean.There are a lot of parking spaces. The price is worth it.*Rooms on the street side will hear the sound of cars running all night. But not very loud If you're not used to it, bring earplugs and you'll sleep well.

Great staff and location. Rooms are good size and have everything you need. It's probably the best budget hotel I've stayed in in Thailand. Rooms are a little older but clean and comfy.

Complete and extremely worthwhile, you really have to come here. Located next to the road, there is plenty of parking. Located near the beach, next to 7-11, fruit snack shop, community, easily cut off from the main road. The room is spacious and has everything. The mattress is comfortable. Overall very good.

The room is clean, spacious, has a sofa, small table and refrigerator, balcony, strong water flow, and spacious parking.Plenty of restaurants nearby, easy to find food, 7-Eleven, fresh market, Lotus, which is a good location.Next to the road, if you're not serious about car noise, it's not bad.Will come to stay again if there is a chance.

The location is good, next to the road, near the community and lots of food shops.The room is very good, wide, clean, cool air conditioner, has a dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, soft bed.The parking lot is very wide and there is a security guard to take care of you. The receptionist is nice and speaks politely. There is a lobby to sit and wait in the air conditioned room. The price is not expensive in the hundreds.
