only walked thru to use the LA La Lake restaurant.
it looks good, a we were with looked inside and wants to stay there. they had security, parking, lots of shade trees and landscape plants, the restaurant has a kid play area.

The place may have a pool but the bathrooms are yellow because of how clean they are and the place itself is very old. Looking at it, the only entertainment you get is the pool and a television channel with advertisements and the pool. The service they give you is very bad and the restaurant is very bad and a meal in a 7eleven looks better than in the hotel itself. The place where it is located does not have access to any store and a method of mobility such as a car or motorcycle is needed to reach a 7-eleven which may be 2 km away.

I thought it was great before, but this stay was obviously much worse. The floor tiles in the room are obviously bulging, and the floor tiles are so big that they can be kicked when walking, so they sold them to guests??!! The shower water is very small, and after inspection, it was found that the public water pipe outside was crushed! This shows that daily maintenance is not taken seriously at all!! Headache The doctor's management method of treating foot pain is very frustrating! Moreover, there are only two maintenance personnel. A handsome man and an assistant. At the same time, if there are problems with multiple rooms, they must queue up and wait for processing. Waste of rest time. I checked into the room at 2pm and it was almost 4pm, but the problem was still not completely eliminated.Very nice villa, very relaxing and on vacation. There is a private swimming pool in the room, and there is also a large swimming pool in the public space outside.The room is large and provides bathroom facilities and disposable supplies. There is no phone in the room, so it is a little inconvenient to contact the service staff. In addition, due to the foliage landscaping, there are inevitably some mosquitoes, but if you open and close the door as soon as possible when entering and exiting, it will not have much impact.The overall stay experience was great and highly recommended.

On the outskirts of Pattaya, there are not many tourists yet. The environment is quiet and the water quality of the swimming pool is very good. However, the breakfast content is very simple, which may have something to do with not enough tourists.

Each room has an independent small swimming pool. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and wet and dry separation. There is also a large public swimming pool outside, and the service staff is friendly. However, we did not replenish supplies or clean the room during our extended stay. We only took away the breakfast plates. The mini bar has a small quantity when you check in, but you will be charged when checking out. Visitors who want to check in are reminded to check the quantity first (we provide 2 flavors of potato chips for this stay/peanut*1/cashew nut*1/drink *4), respond immediately to avoid disputes.

I was there in quarantaine and it was like a vacation for 10 days.Very nice,clean and perfectly maintained.My special thanks to Miss Jacky who helped me in the most professionel way.All papers and payment receipts were completely in order in a few hours.Also for all the staff my compliments.Thanks for the good sevice.Marc.

I spent 7 days doing ASQ here. Food was great and abundant. The pool villa was so much better than a hotel room.Gift the facility guest officer was great and organised many things for me with a smile.So glad I chose these guys. Very good at all paperwork and health testing etc with onsite nurse.
