This review is for the Zip restaurant, I did not stay at the hotel, I only ate dinner at the restaurant.I ordered the spaghetti bolognese and a side of garlic bread. Both were very delicious, portion size was good, quality ingredients, and plates decorated beautifully.The service was excellent too.The menu has plenty of western and Thai food selections.I sat facing Soi Diana, good view of the ladies at the bar across the street, great for people watching. 👀I will definitely be back to eat 👍 😋 🤤

Good food made with great care and the room clean and nice and you can decide for yourself how often you want it cleaned. If you want something extra, they fix it in the best way. Also strange orders at nan during unusual times

I didn't stay there, I only ate. The pizza wasn't all of that but it did satisfy hunger. Thr waitresses are really attentive and will tend to you quick.

The check in lady is incredibly rude and grumpy and has really bad English. The rooms are clean but old, with ugly scuffed walls. The shower drain takes a while to drain so you're left with a puddle in the shower. Wifi is not great. Location is okay. Go spend your money elsewhere.

This review is only about ZIP, the restaurant on the ground floor. They have rooms available in the upper floors. I believe the place is Swedish-owned. So they have Western, Thai, and Swedish food on the menu.I had the lasagna. The server strongly suggested that I order garlic bread as well. When I received the food, I understood why. The lasagna comes on a large plate with a side salad only. Garlic bread should have been included. They charge 40 Baht extra for the garlic bread. I forget how much the lasagna was. I think it was 300 or 350 Baht. (Probably was 350 Baht.) So from 5 stars minus 1 star for charging extra for the garlic bread.And another minus 1 star for the giant rat I discovered lurking in the dining area. Unfortunately, many restaurants and hotels in Thailand are open-air, which means there is no door or windows. The whole ground floor is an open area just supported by pillars. So anyone or any animal for that matter can enter at any time. Don't expect anyone to exterminate the rat. They believe in reincarnation in the country. They have fans running for cooling. So if you require air conditioning when you are dining, then ZIP is not for you.Apparently, they are kind of big on pizzas. The pizza prep area/oven is in the dining area. So you can see the staff making pizzas while you are dining. But their pizzas are Thai style with a hard crust.Also, they have a rooftop bar on the top floor, the sixth floor, I believe. It opens at 6pm. I did not go so I do not know how great the view is.The server was very professional and friendly.

I ordered a kebab wrap from this restaurant.In all honesty it was terrible.Who ever made the kebab either has never made one before or has been taught the wrong way.The foil was wrapped in deep in the middle of the kebab.There was hardly any ingredients on the kebab, and the kebab was drowned in sauce.Ruined my appetite.An absolute disgrace.

I will only talk about the restaurant. very good food. tasty and well prepared. the price is pretty good. It is steps from Soi Buakhao, the center of everything, be it bars, food and entertainment.
