Very old facility.The rooms are run down and outdated.A renovation of the entire facility is necessary.A lot of the floorboards by the pool are broken and nails are sticking out, which poses a very high risk of injury.I have no idea how the good rating and stars come about and I don't understand it.I've been to more than 30 hotels in Thailand, but never seen anything like this.

The room is spacious. The pool is not kept clean because there are few people. If the pool is well taken care of, it is considered complete. I like the lobby. It's airy and comfortable. I've been there for a long time.

Clean accommodation, good atmosphere, shady. I think it should have been open for a very long time. Some equipment is old. It would be good if I changed some. The swimming pool runs the entire length of the resort but is secretly deep.

The old place is very dilapidated. No updates Regarding cleanliness, a full 10, 0. In the room there are cockroaches, dirty, lizard excrement, and termite nest powder that clings to the air conditioner. Old towels turned yellow from white, the bed was hard, the pillows were hard, the bathroom had no flushing hose. Counter service There is very bad service. It is recommended to change the service person, the auntie in front of the counter, urgently.The old place is very dilapidated. The room is spacious, has a bathtub, and the air conditioner is old but very cool. The room looks old but not shabby, clean and not stuffy, but ❌ the lights in the room 806 and the bathroom are on and off ❌ and when pouring water in the bathtub Water flowed back into the bathroom. Forgot to inform the staff. Minus a star for this point. In front of the room, you can walk to the swimming pool. There are 3 large swimming pools nearby. Accommodation near the terminal. You can call Grab to pick you up and send you. Stay on weekdays 1300฿, breakfast not included, 150฿ per set.

Spacious, clean, air cond, hot water room with balcony opens onto deck and garden. All rooms only 3 or 4 meters from big, clean pool.Only breakfast is available. Few choices but nice food & 2 cup coffee pot.Would've been a classy joint in it's heyday. Still very good. Nice staff. 5 or so minute walk to main road, 7-11 etc. Apple laundry behind 7-11 is goodSafety deposit box.Only slightly negative thing was 60cm kid's pool and 150+cm pool. If had medium depth pool aswell would be perfect.10 or so minute walk to nice beach with big shade trees. Better than Pattya beach.

While I was taking a shower, I heard a noise and came out to find a lady opening the door to the next room and looking around. When I checked in and was shown to my room, the staff confirmed that it had two doors and could not be opened from the other side.

The staff were kind, but the hotel was very old. There was a strong musty smell as soon as I entered the room. It seemed that no one had ever stayed there. Even after turning on the air conditioner for several hours, it still lingered. The smell stayed with me all night.The air-conditioning is not enough, the bedsheets are stained, other cleaning is OK, and the response to these problems is not very clear.

We went to visit my brother in law and friend and we all stayed there for a few days. I really enjoyed it there .the staff were great to us and very friendly. I recommend anyone visiting Pattaya to stay there. The price is affordable and there is three pool areas with a pool bar.

This is a very pleasant resort, discreet from the outside and full of charm inside: a magnificent garden, a beautiful swimming pool, well-kept rooms and helpful, smiling staff. the whole is reminiscent of the classic Thai aesthetic and style, which is an undeniable plus for our times.

Old, even very old, like it hasn't been updated in a long time. The electrical system is still two holes with no ground. The bathroom doesn't have a butt hose. The wooden floor of the walkway is completely framed.Keep your mind to a certain level. But still more than expected

Great bungalow complex with very friendly staff, simple but functional and very clean bungalows that are cleaned daily. Absolutely quiet yet central location. Mostly German regulars, some of whom have been coming here for decades. Fantastic outdoor area with several pools.
