Stayed 5/June/67. Overall very good. Inside the room is clean, the air conditioner is very cool. Upstairs, there is a balcony where you can sit and eat while enjoying the view. Short walk to the beach But the entrance is a bit dark.

Location down side street / and operated by two staff members/ rooms are good mostly for the money and Def one of the cheaper places in Jontiem/ I did speak with owner when I had an issue can't say that impressed me as she did not want to come on site / anyways overall ok and I stayed three days / I would pick double room.

Booked for 2 nights, the first night was ok. Quiet, double bed but only get one bed. Quiet, close to the beach You can walk to the front. ❌❌ Two nights, the water hasn't flowed since. 11:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. When I checked out, I still hadn't taken a shower. I was told to wait for the technician. There was no apology or explanation. Got to drive out to take a shower at the beach for 20฿ per person. It seems good but not good.

Stayed today 28/4/67, the lowest price, took the children to visit, the water didn't flow, they said they couldn't fix it, we came to 2 rooms (25/35), very disappointed with the money, the children didn't dare to go play in the sea, afraid there would be no water. Take a shower The most excruciating pain is having to wait. Not impressed 😩We stayed at 9 p.m. Went for a swim in the sea and thought that when going to take a shower, the water on the third floor wouldn't flow. and go outside Went to eat, went for a walk, hoping that when I came back the water would flow and it would come back at 2 a.m. and the water still wouldn't flow. Very funny. 🤬😡The shower is damaged and there is no place to put it. The lights in the room weren't on, just the one I had on! Put on makeup like you were going to play Likay👎🏿 The good solution told me to take a shower and use it downstairs, but...it's like that, right? But it hurts a lot and I have to go. But should there be some responsibility for damages? There must be more responsibility. Discount or partial refund on responsibility We will come back to use your service. And hotels must prepare for every situation. The water pump is broken and the water doesn't flow. But still accepting customers to stay. Very confused. How can I think of this? I only want money but the water doesn't flow and I still can't solve the problem. You should stop accepting customers first. Before losing more customers than this. Not impressed at all But the aunt provided good service and spoke well💜🙂↔️but that's all🤨

We stayed on April 3, 2024. We haven't checked out yet. The 2 housekeepers are very good, but the staff at the front desk should improve both of them. The elderly people have short, tomboyish hair. They seem to take in the information, but their smiles and eye contact are nonexistent. People with long hair are the worst. In terms of service, we stayed in room 24. The rubber edge of the refrigerator was damaged and the refrigerator didn't close completely. We reported it but it wasn't fixed. Cleaning must be reported to be done for fear of missing guests. This is the reason from the staff.The overall experience is very bad.

The hotel is close to the beach, bus stations, including to Bangkok, close to the Jomtien night market.Clean linen, clean towels, working air conditioning and hot water. Internet works great. A double room cost 700 baht if paid from the hotel.Of the minuses: in the shower, water runs onto the toilet, you need to be more careful when swinging your arms.The laundry doesn't dry well - the smell remains. The floor is not clean enough to walk barefoot.This hotel option is perfect if you are passing through and would like to save money, but at the same time not lose in comfort.
