The room price is not commensurate with the service. Stayed in a room for 3,000 baht. The staff were not smiling from the moment they checked in. Call to ask for information and talk loudly. There is a bathtub to soak in, but no bath bombs for sale. Let customers buy for themselves. Ask for wine glasses. They are available but require a deposit of 3 hundred baht per glass. Must be in cash. You can transfer but get the money back a week late. What if we damage your belongings? Can we check when we leave? We pay for your room, it's not cheap like that. The room is good, but the service to provide convenience to customers is very poor.

The school is in a good location, has a coffee shop, 7-11, and a Sevensen store. Located in the hotel areaThe air conditioned room is cool and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub so the kids can play in the water. Breakfast has a reasonable selection.Date of stay It's our 9th wedding anniversary. You can have the shop come and arrange a surprise.In the evening, take a walk along the beach, the breeze is cool and there are plenty of seats. There are a lot of people doing activities.

There is no swimming pool, light switches are hard to find, the room price is not worthy of the service. The staff are not very friendly. Not very willing in service I'll probably only come once. There's little parking and it's next to Jomtien beach. There is a road being built along the beach, not worth walking on. I don't know how many months it will take to be finished. Sigh, I'm not impressed at all.

The service is very cute, all the employees are the cutest. The room is spacious and clean. Personally, the accommodation rooms for couples will be a bit more enjoyable. There is a basin next to the water, you can see the seaside, the food is delicious, the accommodation is comfortable, next to coffee shops, Swensen's and 7-Eleven, most importantly, right in front of you. Convenient parking This trip is extremely satisfying.

The room is beautiful, but the room is very hot, room temperature is 35°, the air conditioner is not cool. The lobby is not cool. There is little parking. If you park and come back, don't expect there to be a place to park. The housekeeper takes good care of her and gives good service, always asking if the air conditioner is cool. Even after taking a shower, it's still not cool. So I changed the room from temperature 35 to 31. This time, I'll tell you.

I stayed here once before and thought it was good so I came here for the second time.But the experience after my second stay was very bad because there were mosquitoes all the time in the room and there was a strong damp and musty smell in the room. How on earth could I sleep there? ? ?When I told the hotel staff about whether I could change the room, they said that if it was full, I would have to wait and see if there was any room the next day. They said that I could spray spray first, but I would like to ask how I would sleep after spraying. Later, we spent our own money to buy aromatic spray from the supermarket to remove the musty smell, and we also had to find out where the mosquitoes came from! Later, I found out that the bottom of the door was a little high and didn't fit well with the floor. Later, I had to use a rag to stuff the hole at the bottom of the door.Although the location is good and the price is okay, the hotel feels stingy. The lobby doesn't have air-conditioning and it's super hot. I don't know how I save anything by not giving a room card. If one person falls asleep in the room and the other person wants to go out, there is no way to take the room card away, so who has to help open the door. I really won’t stay here again next time

Stayed on 21.04.2024Read reviews from many sources. It's going in a bad direction. I think the hotel should have had some improvements. So I decided to reserve a superior room at a price of over 1,900 baht per night. I got room number S22. There were only unimpressive things as follows:- The air conditioner is not cool at all. The air coming out of the front of the machine is hardly cool at all. and the air conditioner is loud- The room smells musty because it is an open bathroom. Combined with the air conditioner not being cool at all, it makes the room quite damp.- The sink drain pipe is leaking.- No toothbrush and toothpaste provided.- The mattress and pillows are very hard.- The balcony light bulb doesn't turn on.- The heating coil on the balcony is rusty. It's like it hasn't been repaired. Or take care of it at all- There is little parking.- The lobby doesn't turn on the air conditioner.- The restaurant air conditioner is not cool.

The place was created to ruin your vacation! The hotel by the sea DOES NOT have a pool!The room has a pull-out bathtub. And when you take a shower, water pours onto the floor from both sides. The floor is concrete and slippery when wet.The light in the room is very dim. Twilight is constant. It’s impossible to sleep at night, because the NOISE from the air conditioning and ventilation is so powerful that earplugs don’t help!During the holiday there was a short circuit, we sat without power for three hours!To top it all off, the toilet broke.A security guard has come to fix it!Three hours after the call, a technician was called.
