What I liked most was the spacious room for the price.Accommodations in Bangkok that were more expensive than here didn't even have room to spread out our suitcases.Although the view was from the balcony of the hotel across the street, the staff here were very friendly and the doorman always opened the door with a smile.The room was cleaned every day and all used supplies were immediately restocked.Thanks to you, I was able to spend three nights comfortably.thank you

Recommended for people who want a quiet environment.We stayed here for 5 nights during Songkran. I chose this hotel because it is far from the main road. Half of the road in front of the hotel is unpaved, so there are few cars and it is very quiet.The room was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly every day. Maybe it just happened that my neighbor was a quiet person, but the noise next door didn't bother me.The facilities are new, clean, and safe to use. Similarly, you can use the pool for a long time with peace of mind. Pool towels are provided so you don't have to bring your own towels from your room.The customer service of the staff was also friendly.The only disappointing thing was that the Wi-Fi was unstable. I was disconnected for a short time and was asked for my ID and password each time. I think it lacks stability for use at work.This is the hotel I would like to use the next time I visit Pattaya.*No deposit was required at check-in.[Added on September 3, 2024]I stayed for 7 nights starting August 28th. Wi-Fi instability remained unresolved. This time too, I often used tethering on my smartphone.Also, in the room I stayed in this time, the shower room had a strong smell from the drain. I noticed a similar smell at the rooftop pool.The dirt road leading from Soi Bukkao to this hotel is fenced along the way, and cars can only enter from Soi 15.

A really big room compared to rooms in Thailand, 40 square meters compared to the standard 27.The place is located in the center, everything is nearby, food, massage, writers, pool at the hotel, close to the sea and shopping malls.Room service during this period (August) is really good, everything is fast, when you arrive, the door is opened for you at the entrance, rooms are cleaned every day and really fast and clean.It's hot outside on the balcony, and if the air conditioner is working, then the heat is on you from the engine.Very quiet place, very helpful and nice staff.Price: 1300 baht, 130 NIS per day a bit expensive for this hotel, but for those who come for a few days to a month it is worth the price.Clean towels, really big toilets, shower with hot water and strong current.Very fast internet and there is reception.

All was good till I checked out and blamed for steeling the used hand towel by hotel receptionist. I had no visitors during my 2 nights stay and obviously I didn’t take the small hand towels worth 50Bhat. Yet the receptionist was careless enough to make me “lose face” in front of other guests. It is amazing how the positive experience I had was ruined In the last 5 minute before leaving.I am wondering if the cost of the towel worth the bed experience guests has in his first visit to this hotel , not mentioning the review reflecting my impressions . In this case : first and last are the same.

This hotel is located between Buakao and Second Road, close to the back of Avenue. I stayed in a deluxe double room. The building is still new and the rooms are clean. The room and balcony were large, and the rooftop pool was nice and open. The surroundings were quiet due to the location, and there were no groups of guests, so the inside of the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The only disappointing thing this time was that the road in front of the hotel was being dug up during construction, so we had to take a long detour to get to Buakao. This is a hotel that I would like to stay at again as it will be more convenient once the construction is finished.The Thai restaurant in front of the hotel had many delicious menus.

Check-in department (Pattaya) The woman I ordered gave very bad service. We booked the hotel through the app. I understand that you're tired or you don't like India, I don't know. Asking questions is okay, but the tone in which we ask is very bad. Asking good questions and asking bad questions. People are not buffoons who can't tell. Choose a service of this size and include in parentheses that the service will only be provided to people of which country. Please, if you behave like this, please don't come to do service work. I often reserve hotels for customers and have never met a person like this. Please consider the hotel as well. #I didn't go and ask for a free room.

Room was huge, the water pressure was amazing, hot water, cold air conditioning, wifi reliable and fast. Bed was okay, little on the harder side but not rock hard. Location was amazing; zero outside noise at night. I stayed 2 nights; I would’ve extended my stay another 9 nights but the tv wouldn’t connect to my chrome stick so I couldn’t watch Netflix after a long day of exploring.

The front of the hotel staff and the call center speak as if they are uneducated. Both tone and words Sentences seem like they haven't been analyzed and differentiated. Talking like this with customers is not successful.
