Come stop by before you arrive. Bangkok is starting to get sleepy in the morning so we continue our journey and call the staff until we wake up. Took 20 baht to deposit the room in the morning and asked for it back because I was going to the temple in the morning and couldn't leave (😠😡) but the room was clean. But the bathroom and toilet are very narrow. The accommodation is separated into separate units. There is parking in front and there is a convenient 7-Eleven. Is it 500 baht or not? I can't remember.

The room is clean, spacious, cool air conditioning, good service, in the morning there is coffee. With a little snack to eat, 2 people stay, 490 per night, key deposit 200. Everything is very good There's a 7-Eleven in front, very convenient. Excellent.

31 July 2023, 2 rooms open for occupancy.Found a problem that should be improved.1. The first room (room at...) has a solid air conditioner, hot and stuffy, and the dust is very thick on the air conditioning panel. It's muddy (so we washed it already). The air conditioner is cool. The bathroom has a blocked shower. As for the blocked bottom injection, it can't be injected at all. It can't be fixed. You need a tool, so we can't fix it for you. Use the method to poop in another room first.2. The second room (the room...) has a lot of air conditioning. The room is hot because no air comes out). The air conditioner has been cleaned and it's cool. As for the shower, no water comes out at all. Manage the hose cleaning A lot of rust came out. Now I can take a shower and it's strong.As for the remaining several rooms We're not going to fix it. Next day if I go to rest again. I will gradually fix it.❗Tell this story to employees. He wasn't interested in listening at all, so he asked where the owner was. We will guide him to the owner. The employee replied that he didn't know who the owner was, haha.❌ It's over, who's going to fix it now?▶Let's continue, sir.▶Actually, I don't want to tell you. But it was really bad.From observation, the employees do not care about the problem at all.▶ I feel sorry for the owner.

The room is clean, quiet, and the staff are friendly. But inside the bathroom, the clogged water pipe has not changed. Because I read other customers' reviews before staying that the pipe was clogged but I didn't think it would still be clogged like before and the shower was still damaged.

The price of 690 is considered not expensive. The room is large, clean, has some stains, cool air conditioner, good bathroom, strong water. There is a slight leak at the shower joint. The wifi password attached to the room is accessible. Good receptionist, good service
