As is often the case with such accommodations; if you want luxury, go to a 5 star resort. We had a great stay here, received a warm welcome, had clean rooms with air conditioning. The lady and gentleman of the guesthouse are wonderful, lovely people and always available for advice and a nice conversation.

Very friendly and nice owners. Nice price.However, my room only had a net over the windows instead of a wall, so from the early hours of the morning you can hear every word from outside and the chatter of the guests from breakfast, which woke me up. At night, you can hear loud music and rumblings from nearby bars until about 1:00 in the morning. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep well because of the noise.

Amazing and lovely place with super kind owners, very close to town (10-15 minutes walking) and the main ruins and temples. Night market also very close and banks. No air conditioner but fan and windows open with a lovely breeze.

Very quiet place, the owner is as nice as anything and very helpful, the only downside is no coffee in the morning but you walk 400 meters and it's all good.I highly recommend.

Since 2008 we have come to Baan Lotus around ten times for stays of 1 to 2 weeks. We looooove the Baan Lotus guesthouse!
