Hotel not far from the archaeological park, with swimming pool.The swimming pool is very nice, but the rooms are a little old. They would be fine at a lower price, but we paid more than the average for resorts of this level in other cities. The owner had assured us that the price included a Thai breakfast (rice soup) for 4 people. Instead in the morning he denied that there was breakfast included. Sin

Very pleasant stay in this comfortable hotel offering quality services (swimming pool, laundry, tuk-tuk, boat trip... little miss on the massages but that's not serious). Very friendly owner. I highly recommend.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable.There is a swimming pool ready to accommodate 5 people. The room price is very cheap. Plus the owner is very cute.There is a chance to come back and stay again.

Very good stay in this hotel.Madame Pu manages wonderfully and helps us with all requests.The swimming pool is welcome with a day visit.Breakfast and lunch are excellent.I recommend to visit Ayutthaya

The hotel was disappointing compared to the photos on booking.com. Wasn't very clean and my wife got a towel with poop marks. Received a very dated room and this room was in dire need of maintenance. Big gap under the door. All in all not satisfied and we certainly won't be coming back here.It is more of a family hotel, as a couple you don't have much to do here. Very noisy too, so you hear children screaming from other rooms.

The rooms are very basic and the photos look better than reality, but the hotel is clean and the managers helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was bigger than it looked however the restaurant is not very good, you will find much better at the end of the street

Before booking, we asked whether the number of people (children) in the room was ok, which was confirmed by the owner. We then booked through Agoda. When we arrived, the landlady wanted 20% / 500 baht more to cover the Agoda fees. With a canceled booking, cash payment and +300 baht the room was possible. Room itself not very great, shower and toilet in one, WiFi doesn't work. It's a shame, we were actually looking forward to the room. Quietly located hotel. Very friendly and warm owners. Lunch is possible, we went for breakfast around the corner. Beautiful view over a lagoon. The rooms are very noisy and the WiFi does not work.

We enjoyed it here with our family. Nice swimming pool, nice clean rooms, free WiFi and fantastic food. Centrally located, bicycle rental around the corner (60 baht) and food stalls, night market within walking distance. No question was too much; from late check out with food when the kitchen was already closed, transfer with your own tuk tuk to the station, boat trip from the hotel (250 baht). Once again perfectly arranged with a wonderful owner. Not only owner, but also receptionist, chef and pool manager. Really nice. We will come back here again.

Very bad..the room smells bad, not safe, no service. There are only foreigners renting rooms..no Thai people staying..it's like a guesthouse..the whole apartment (they say it's a resort but it's a guesthouse) has only one Burmese person taking care of it.. The picture in the app..does not match the cover.

Small, very friendly hotel in the heart of the city, very well located. The swimming pool is large and the rooms are pleasant with very comfortable bedding. Hotel more suitable for families than couples due to the proximity of the swimming pool. Correct catering but nothing more...

Very great mini resort in a good location.The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The employees are super nice, as is the owner, she is really trying to rebuild the hotel after the Corona closure.There is an integrated restaurant that offers delicious food, as well as a pool.You can book a tuktuk to the temples or rent a bike nearby.Highly recommended!

With my two friends, we reserved a room for three for a weekend and 30 minutes before our arrival while we were on transport we received a message that our reservation was canceled because in the end there was no more room in the room. this hotel. PITICOUS to do this 30 minutes before our arrival FLEE this address.
