Authentic. Cozy. Perfect for train travelers.Great house in Thai-Chinese architectural style. Reminded me of the Beijing hutongs. Wonderful river terrace where I enjoyed every minute I spent there. The room was sufficient for four people. Typical Thai sanitary facilities, but with hot water and a toilet. Good beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location: Only 300 meters from the train station. However, you need either a bike or a tuk-tuk to get to the historical sites, the night market, etc. A small passenger ferry runs across the river during the day right next to the hotel. Nice restaurants and walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. instant coffee. If you're looking for luxury, you've come to the wrong place. If you want to experience authenticity, peace and special architecture in an Asian wooden house, this is the right place for you. I got what I expected.

I loved the location, the helpful staff and the good price! I took a slightly more expensive room with ensuite, really worth it! All recommendations by the owner re bicycle rent, tours, places to visit etc were very fair and good value! I wish I could have stayed there longer!

It was right next to Ayutthaya Station, and although it seemed easy to find, it was a difficult place to find.Perhaps because it's an old building, the atmosphere is wonderful, and I think it's a good idea to stay there at least once when you come to Ayutthaya. There are many places to eat nearby, so it's not a problem. There is a pier right next to the hotel, so you can easily go to town. There's just one problem. I can't go out unless I take the trouble to lock the door. It's very troublesome.

Customer service is zero.Frontliner is a cynical proud boy.You are not treated as tourist but a criminal.Rooms and furniture are old and overated. My worst experience ever.Try if you'll ruin your holiday.

Very pleasant stay in this hotel. The rooms are old but very clean. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works well. The shower also works, but it's a shame that the bathroom isn't completely separated from the bedroom (the walls don't go all the way to the top, which can cause privacy issues). There are enough electrical outlets to plug in your devices. However, there is no storage, only a coat rack, which might not be very practical for a long stay. The hotel is located on the east bank of Ayutthaya, right next to the ferry pier, which is convenient for getting to the city center. It is also located right next to the train station, which is also very convenient. The hotel’s small garden and terrace are very pretty and quiet. Coffee and tea are available free of charge and otherwise you can also have breakfast or lunch on site. The staff is very nice. They held our luggage for us on the last day and allowed us to shower before leaving. There is also a laundry service.

Guesthouse in a traditional wooden building on the first floor with very suggestive decorations, furniture, ancient shop windows. On the ground floor more modern rooms with en suite bathroom. Beautiful terrace on the river, little used. Quite noisy, both for other users and for the air conditioners. Good location near the station, but far from the center with the temples and the ferry service until 6.30pm. The proposed sunset boat tour of the temples unfortunately ends at the most beautiful point, while the sun is setting and for this temple alone they ask for entry of 50 baht per person. During the day unfortunately the bike is excluded and only the tuc tuc ride remains, but the drivers don't speak English and they just want to go home... given the heat! Good opportunity to leave your luggage and take a shower after checking out while waiting for the night train.

Really cute, original and traditional. One of the most particular I found in Thailand.
