medium sized hotel Near Wat Yai Chai MongkolReserve through Agoda for around 1,400 baht.The hotel and rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, somewhat modern, but with a Thai touch in every molecule.The room is very clean, the bed is soft, the sleep is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool, the water is warm, the shampoo and shower cream smell great. Worth selling as souvenirs. The pillow is a special type, soft and just the right amount. I really like it. You can contact and buy it at the lobby. Spacious and well kept room with very simple furniture. Really comfortable bed. Our room was overlooking the main street but still quite quiet. Clean. Price maybe a little high. Safe parking with a beautiful garden inside and a restaurant where you can dine. Breakfast is not included.

Bad experience ever ☹It is a trip that we intend to take our mothers and family (this trip includes seniors and 1.6 year old children).- 2 weeks before the arrival date, we booked directly with the hotel and paid.- Before the check-in day, we have a Line to ask for additional details with the admin.But on the day of the stay, I went to check in...the hotel made a face and said that I would like to check more information. After a while it was informed that the room was full and there was no room for us. and apologize for not being able to find a roomAfter a while, the hotel staff informed that They will find hotels of the same grade and in a nearby location.As I travel with my child who is only a year old. and the child starts to cry and wants to sleep So we hurriedly agreed to it, thinking that the hotel probably wouldn't trick us twice, but it turned out that the new accommodation that the staff had found for us...1. It is not a hotel and is not suitable for having small children. (The stairs are in the middle of the room. and the bedroom is a mezzanine with no dividers)2. It is a room for 2 people (the room we booked with the hotel is a family room for 4 people). The remaining people must lay on a futon and sleep on the floor.3. Location is not as close as the staff reported - it took us 30 minutes to travel to the new location.At first we tried to find a new hotel. But because it was Saturday, accommodations for 4 people were all full.So we typed to talk to the admin that Can I compensate for anything? Because we waste all our time and the feeling of not taking a break as planned The hotel informed that They will transfer back the difference in the room fee of 400 baht (new accommodation, price 400 baht lower than the hotel room), but cannot provide additional compensation for this stay.To be honest, I'm very disappointed and feel bad about the hotel's solution to the problem. I understand that it may be a mistake (but really, you shouldn't miss it at all). Because we asked for more information again before the day of stay) But you solved the problem without caring about the feelings of the customers who intended to stay at your hotel. In addition, as far as reading reviews There are many customers who encounter problems like us. And the hotel has not improved the immediate problem solving and service at all.

Good room, soft bed, not far from the train station.

Pros: Clean and modern rooms and bathrooms. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on, I could’ve slept for days fr. I loved that the A/C didn’t hit the bed directly and it did a good job of keeping the temp very cool. The fridge was actually cold inside, I’ve had other fridges at budget hotels that were just coolers and didn’t keep anything cold. This fridge actually worked. Location was pretty central to everything, but we did Grab everywhere (that’s just our preference.)Cons: We stayed here 3 nights 2 days and not once was our rooms cleaned. There was no sign to use or light to indicate we needed a room cleaning. They left towels and waters outside the door so we took them but we weren’t sure if they were even ours. We kept forgetting to ask front desk so maybe it’s a service that we have to ask for? I have no idea. It wasn’t the biggest deal as the rooms and bathrooms were so nice, it didn’t feel like we needed a service but fresh restock would’ve been nice. Also we weren’t shown to our rooms or helped with bags just given a key and room number which hasn’t happened before. Usually they at least take you to your rooms.Overall would probably stay again, staff was friendly enough and for a budget stay, it’s for sure worth it. We paid about 30 CAD/night for reference.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station. We arrived at 11:40am and the receptionist informed us we would have to pay an additional 300 baht if we wanted to check in early. After checking in early at innumerable hotels, this didn't seem very welcoming or accommodating. We asked about the room and she said the only room available faced the street. By that time another gentleman had joined the conversation and he guaranteed the room was quiet. It was sound proofed but you could still hear some road noise. The room had a big screen tv with access to Netflix. There were no chairs and no balcony. The beds were clean and the pillows exceptionally comfortable. We weren't offered a large bed option and would have preferred it. It wasn't bad, but the customer service could have been better.
