The location is pretty much in the center of everything, near the temples, park, market, bank, grocery.When I arrived, Uncle Chai drove me to the famous temple in Ayutthaya. Every morning when the gets up he makes cappuccino and also make some for me. (Super nice uncle chai he is the owner)The house is aesthetic with beautiful sound equipments and some antiques too.When the sun is setting the brick house is starting to open their restaurant, good food and freshly cooked.I miss Ayutthaya, uncle chai, auntie and my friend krab. They always buying me food to try. Very nice people and very nice guesthouse♥️

Not recommended here The owner doesn't speak friendly to Thai people. If you ask carefully, the answer is inaccurate. At the price of 350, there is no coffee or snacks. There is a room with a fan, a musty smell, a mattress with stains and a shared bathroom that is not clean. There is no water heater, no soap, no drinking water, no toilet paper, no tissue, there is WiFi but doesn't tell you the code, etc. Basically, there are no other amenities besides a bed, a bathroom, and an old fan. and a lot of mosquitoes If you want peace This is not a good option. Because there is loud noise both outside and inside 24 hours a day. Outside are many pubs and bars. Inside the room, the walls are not soundproof, so you can hear loud noises from every room, like you're in the slums. I like houses that are old. But it's not low quality like this. and request urgent improvement If they don't improve then they will close down because the rooms are the face of Ayutthaya and Thailand...

There are multiple bars, but it is not a party district.( around 9 -10 pm it can be still noisy)2 markets are nearby and the 3rd is about 15-20 minutes walking. All the temples and attractions are quite close.The owner is a super nice and very helpful person, he helped us withouth asking. He showd us what to see how to get there, what to look out for etc.Absolutely worth to stay hereSummary:-rooms are clean-the beds are comfortable and HUGE-there is AC-Easy to access-the main attractions are in walking distance-Super nice and helpful owner

The lodging house in general was quite dirty. The room when you entered already smelled very damp because there is not a single window to open and having the bathroom without a door when you bathe everything comes together and creates even more humidity, there is an extractor for humidity but it doesn't do much. The floor was dirty, and the truth was that the bathroom was dirty too, there was a used bath tablet in the shower and on the nightstand there were used mayonnaise sachets... The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, thank goodness. We paid €11 for the room but it was really poorly paid. We do not recommend it.

Very disappointing. The rooms are in very poor condition, it is necessary to carry out maintenance and improvement work! It’s a shame because it has a lot of charm. The owner is nice but hides behind the noise from the street... The problem is not the music in the bars but the cleanliness of the place and the soundproofing! In short, very disappointed, because there are better and cheaper options right next door!...

Triple room with large beds but the mattress is not very comfortable. Air conditioning present but broken. Don't panic, the fans are enough to keep mosquitoes away and ventilate the room.The owner is nice, ready to help and friendly, he offers us coffee every morning with a smile! Its establishment offers several services, bicycle rental ฿50, boat tour, bar (sale of beers).⚠️ For those who are cold, only 1 shower out of the 2 has hot water. 🚿🔥Well located, close to everything, great if you want to go out a little. The guest house is located in the rue de la soif where many travelers and locals come to drink drinks, eat at the restaurant while enjoying a football match and music (live or pregnant artist). The atmosphere is very nice but the sound is a little loud when you try to sleep before midnight

300THB for a single room.For some reason I stayed in the twin room for the single room price, probably because single rooms were full. So I'll write about the twin room.The twin room comes with fan and private bathroom with hot water. Actually, almost no nothing, no soap, no drinking water, no toilet paper, no tissue, etc. Basically no amenity other than beds and bathroom and fan...Cleanliness; okay, but old shabby room. Not comfortable. I've stayed similarly old shabby rooms, but even old shabby rooms can be more comfortable than this.It's so noisy at night because of the bars just outside.I would avoid locations like this.

This place is pretty nasty. The room smelled of sewage and had no windows.
But its cheap so I guess you can't complain and the guy at the front was very friendly.

Initially, the owner assigned the wrong room. I reserved a twin bed with a shared bathroom, but was assigned a double bed. Even though I said no, they said this was the right room and I accepted because it was a private bathroom. In the evening, I was told to move because it was wrongly assigned, so I paid an additional 300 baht for 2 nights.

The owner is very nice and helpful, always giving tips to the best places and offered us breakfast. Very cozy guesthouse. The rooms were ok, no luxury but for the price it's a good value. Recommend for budget travelers
