The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, offering great privacy. The individual houses are spaced far apart, providing ample areas for relaxation. Despite being located near a main road, it is easy to find and convenient for travel. However, the hotel does not have many facilities and serves primarily as a place to stay. If you are looking for accommodation that is convenient for travel and private, this is an excellent choice, and it is very affordable compared to other places in the vicinity. The staff provides excellent service.

They have a beautiful surrounding area with wide roads and many trees, as well as an outdoor swimming pool. However, the condition of the rooms falls short of the standard for a 3-star hotel, which is why it only deserves a 4-star rating.

Probably because the resort is going out of business. Because I saw a sign saying for sale. Everything therefore looked dilapidated, deserted, lacking improvements or repairs. Arriving at the hotel, I was very shocked, thinking it was an abandoned hotel. Very lonely. Truth is a place That is quite beautiful. If it gets renovated a little moreBut the employees here are very cute, welcoming, and the location is convenient. For us, it's worth the price. Have stayed many times in the past 10 years.The room has been renovated and repainted. The white color looks clean and contrasts with the black furniture. The doors and windows are painted black.The surrounding atmosphere is very good.Every time I go to Khao Yai, I get down from the mountain and set up my tent. Must stay here for 2 nights. It's good.Near the PTT gas station, but now there's a barrier in the middle of the uturn. It's far away. Before, it was comfortable.Staying here, don't expect luxury like other hotels, but I guarantee you will be comfortable. Sleep comfortably. The air conditioner may be old style. But it's cool.The bathroom for us is OK. There aren't any insects that bother you.At night there are not many lights around. There is only the front of each house. For us it is not a problem. Sitting and chatting with the kids about what they were eating in front of the room. then enter the roomFor breakfast, think of it as a light ABF meal, then go find something to eat outside.Overall, we like it. It's ok for us.P.S. The swimming pool that was reviewed said it was broken in the walkway. Recently it has been updated.

I saw a bad review. But I had to make a reservation because I couldn't find anywhere else. I thought in my head that it wasn't as bad as I thought. The conclusion was very bad. In Agoda it said that children stay free. In conclusion, 2 year old children are not free, there is no food for them. Agoda stated that there was a barbecue grill available. When we asked about it, we ended up not having one. An old picture of the swimming pool that is waiting to be renovated. Someone took the picture many years ago. In conclusion, it still hasn't been renovated. The old room is very shabby. Think in your head, how shabby can you multiply ten times a hundred? Even if the other places are full and you can't find a place to stay, don't get too involved. P.S. The room I booked for Family costs 4200 baht. The quality is very opposite to the price.

It is a mysterious place to stay. Located next to the main road The entrance to Khao Yai is next to PTT Khao Yai. There are about 10 houses in the accommodation, each of which is quite far apart. It's very private. The house is very cute. Looks small from the outside But inside is wide Providing transparency with glass around the house. We stayed for 900 including breakfast of fried eggs and coffee.

The resort is located between Midwinter restaurant and PPT petrol station. The area is huge and covered with tall trees and nice grass. Breakfast consist of 2 toasts, 2 fried egg, a sausage or two (not sure), tea, hot chocolate and juice. On weekends or holidays, Thai-style boiled rice with minced pork is another option. We did not swim in the swimming pool. It looked clean, but the floorboards on one side of the swimming pool are broken. Thanks to Agoda, we got a discount so it is good value for us.

I must say the price is quite cheap and fair price with the service. When I was there to breakfast it's just some rice soup. And there's no any service. No security. At night you must protect yourself if something happened lol a little bit exciting for us. But all okay because of the room is good enough. And the price is quite cheap if you compare with other hotel in Kao Yai. When I was there the swimming pool was under maintenance and some wooden floor at the swimming pool damage so I couldn't swim. But the Green Yard and Mountain View is good enough for me. The place not too far from Kao Yai National Park. You can drive there very easily.

Very very good.Panorama room has a great view and large space.Resort is very natural, spacious, and green.A lot of big trees and little animals.Absolutely recommended!

Spacious space Good atmosphere, quiet and private. Western breakfast only 2 sets/room if add 150 baht. There is a common swimming pool but should be repaired around the pool. Because walking around it might break through. Location next to the main road, convenient.

This is a large, well spread out resort. There are many sizes and styles of bungalows.The swimming pool is central so if swimming is important to you ask for a nearby bungalow. There are larger bungalow with many bedrooms, which could be great for a company or extended family.Shopping and other tourist attractions are not far.It’s well designed and not new.

The rooms are a bit older than the cover. There's no wifi (maybe in some houses), but the atmosphere is very natural. Give it a full 10. Anyone who loves this style will not be disappointed. Breakfast is western style. For supporting the stomach You probably won't be able to get your fill.
