Advantages: Beautiful view, can see the mountains, in the rainy season there is fog, very quiet, not expensive if compared to the size of the room.Disadvantages: The sink is too high (more than 150 meters with a tiptoe to wash), the air conditioner is old and not cool. The old spring bed is worn out and causes back pain. The headboard plug doesn't fit in. The water isn't warm. If you go in the winter, think hard about whether it's a good idea to shower. The walkway is bad. Don't bring a wheeled bag. Lift big muscles. You have to lift them yourself. Maybe there are few employees. If changing the bed, fixing the warm water The next day will come again. I like the view.

Starting from the walkway to check-in. The reception is dirty, litter is full of leaves, bird droppings are all over the floor.The employees sit together and don't care about cleanliness, just leave it like that. When walking in, the room was broken. Inside the room, cleanliness was a full 10, giving it a 4 because only the floor and bed were clean. The rest couldn't be seen. The tree fell and the staff had the guests walk across it and no one thought of coming to pick it up. Good atmosphere, no arguing.But the common area is old, shabby, not clean, leaves, garbage, dust, not okay if cleaned well. It won't look this shabby.For myself, I think staying once is enough.

We stayed at Baan Pool Villa, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 days and 3 nights (6 adults, 2 children).What I like most is the mountain view in front and behind the house. and privacy This house is on an area of 2 rai, not attached to any other rooms.We came during the rainy season. In the morning I saw clouds and mist on the mountains, which was beautiful.This house has a small salt pool. The kids love it.The karaoke and various equipment in the house are in good condition.Towels and bath towels are changed every day. (But some of the cloth is already old)Breakfast for each person is pork porridge and sausage, fried egg, bread, lots and lots of filling.In hotels, lobbies and other rooms will be close to each other There may still be a lack of cleaning. good maintenance I understand that because it is a small school and there are only 4 employees, they cannot provide thorough care.Overall from the price paid for the pool villa house, the view and privacy. We like this house.There are restaurants nearby, you can walk towards the store. It's a pork krato restaurant. A la carte restaurant There is a service to deliver to your home.

You must bring your own or go out and buy it, it's not far away. There is only a breakfast set provided.🔑 Got the first room next to the swimming pool, right on the cover, clean 🔑Book a room for 2 people + extra bed(The extra bed pillows are not very fluffy. The extra bed mattress is not that thick. But the bed in the room is very good, soft)- There is a hair dryer and shower cap. Towels provided- There is soap, shampoo, and hand soap for use.- Microwave- fridge- Air conditioning- TV🍲 Breakfast is a set 🍲Inform the previous room and the cook will prepare it freshly for you. Delicious.Cute and smiling cookBoiled rice with fried eggs, sausage, ham, breadAs for water, there is coffee to brew and water.*I would like the accommodation to repair the hot water system in the room. And there's an outside zone in the dining area, with fans and sofas outside for sitting. There is a little damage. The rest is very ok for this price* 👍🏻 Recommend it ☺️

Went to stay during Chinese New Year on 10/2/67. Fortunately, the weather was good and very cool, 18°. The view for taking photos on the Khao Yai side was beautiful. Dinner was not served in the resort. You had to prepare to buy or bring it in.. Eating outside was quite close. few restaurants 7/11 is 1 km from the resort before the resort entrance. The room is spacious. There are only 2 towels (it is recommended to bring your own small towel). The water is strong, there is warm water for towels, the foot wipes may be a bit yellow. The pool is not very big as shown in the picture...Breakfast A/M+pork porridge. There are only 2 employees. Rated 3 out of 5..

Starting from giving 2 stars to the room. The room is beautiful, but the mattress when you sleep on it, the springs pound your back. The shower room and hot water cannot be adjusted. Many guests reported The comments in the review didn't change until we encountered it ourselves. Notified and nothing was done.Service is 1 star. This star is given to the housekeeper's smile at the breakfast counter. As for the receptionist and receptionist The score is zero because I reported something and they didn't fix it.The location, good atmosphere, beautiful, inviting to stay, but that's it.In conclusion...not coming.

When I first drove in, it was just past the entrance of the alley. Had to turn around and come again. There is a grocery store at the mouth of the alley. It is almost next to the entrance to Wat Luet Thai.There is enough parking for people staying. If the house is inside You can drive in and park nearby.We booked through Agoda with our 3-year-old child. As Agoda policy, children 3 years old and above must use an extra bed. So we reserved an extra bed.Arriving at the accommodation, the atmosphere is very good. You can see Khao Yai and there is a grass field.The room's walkway is made of old wooden planks that are beginning to decay. You have to be careful when walking. The staff will teach you how to use the door. At first it was a bit confusing, but I got good at using it when I was about to leave.The air conditioning is good, cool and very quiet. Sleep and listen to the natural sounds around you very clearly.Hot water is difficult to adjust. It's hot and it's cold.The room has a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and hair dryer.You can order 7-11 to deliver to your accommodation. We waited 2 hours for them to deliver. His younger brother said that the service area is quite wide. It's better to go out and buy it if you don't want to wait. There is a grocery store at the mouth of the alley. In case you want to buy snacks, instant noodles, and alcoholic drinks.Breakfast: We went on a day when there were few people staying so we arranged it as a set. Boiled rice and breakfast Porridge is delicious.There is no safety system here, such as a fire extinguisher and alarm system.We talk to employees Informed that the resort has a policy of using extra beds for children 8 years old and up, which is not in line with the policy in Agoda. The accommodation is secretly deep. By the time we got there it was still far away. But Seven is not far away. Just a short drive away and you'll be there. The room was average. When I first went in I sneezed several times. The air conditioner is quite old. There's a screen door that can't really be used. It's torn. There's a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a spring mattress that's not good when you sleep on it and collapses. The hot water was adjusted and left the same, never the same. I left it on and turned it on again. It wasn't hot. Don't say I'm impatient. I left it on for 1 minute as per the sign and it wasn't hot. When I adjusted the heat, it was too hot. Items come in one set. There is no additional accommodation for 2 nights??? The walkway is wooden. And it's old And then it got wet And it hasn't been repaired. It bobs and it turns. There are no problems with the wooden walkway. But can you make it more stable? The swimming pool is suitable for children. Because it's not very big, the maximum depth is 1.5 m.The employees are just as good as housekeepers. The housekeeper smiles and talks more than the resort staff. Since check-in Her face was very grumpy, not cute at all. When we arrived, the housekeeper had to call her out to check in for us.Breakfast on a weekday That is, it will be a set. One bowl of minced pork porridge and one plate of American breakfast, same menu for both days. Porridge tastes okay.

Every room is a villa. The accommodation is clean. There is plenty of parking. The room is spacious, with a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and work seat. But hot and cold water are difficult to adjust. General standard service Breakfast is of a general standard with porridge, salad, fried rice, coffee bags. Good location with good atmosphere, good location, but entering from the main road about a bit. Leaving the resort, there is a 7-Eleven along the main road.

Really bad hotel. Stayed here with family. Has to be the worst hotel i stayed with in my 6 years in Thailand.Staff in check in was very very angry and not friendly at all. Got yelled at because my wife stepped on a painted pool deck. There were no signs. Then we asked if they sell anything to drink or eat. NO was the answer.Got to room and the bed had no topper so could feel every spring. My wife slept on the floor. Every room had a bed like that.Found hair by the sink. Shower wasn't clean.There was no warm water...Alot of ants.Found a cockroach 🪳 when checking out. Killed it.The breakfast was a joke..didn't eat.Took some coffee. Not fresh coffe but nescafe. Took one zip...Only positive thing was a friendly young man inte the morning working the "breakfast".Highly recommend you not to book this place.
