6 ounces arugula - rinsed, dried and torn

1 pear, cored and sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Instructions

In a jar with a secure lid, combine grapefruit juice, orange juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Shake well to mix.

In a large bowl, toss together arugula, sliced pear, and red bell pepper. Drizzle the freshly made dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve right away.
