Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients Needed

1 pound ground beef

½ cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon paprika

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

8 ounces egg noodles
Instructions

In a large pan, sauté ground beef and onions over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until the meat is browned and the onions are softened.

Add flour, salt, and paprika to the pan. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mix thoroughly, and cook uncovered for 20 minutes.

Lower the heat, then stir in the sour cream, heating through until smooth. Cover the mixture and set aside.

Prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and serve the beef mixture over the noodles.
