1 pound fresh white mushrooms

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Use a damp paper towel to clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.

Pour oil into a large cast iron skillet, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Place the mushrooms in the skillet with the caps facing down. Gently stuff the mushroom cavities with minced garlic, avoiding direct contact with the skillet. Drizzle with melted butter, then season with salt and pepper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the mushrooms with Parmesan cheese and continue roasting for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with fresh parsley. Let them cool slightly before serving.
