Linguine with Garlic and White Clam Sauce

¼ cup olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

3 (8 ounce) cans minced clams, with juice

¾ cup chopped parsley

2 tablespoons white wine

1 teaspoon dried basil

½ teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes, then drain.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the clam liquid, parsley, white wine, basil, and salt. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the clams to the skillet and cook until heated through. Toss in the cooked linguine and mix well, then serve immediately while warm.
