Parmesan-Crusted Baked Pork Chops

4 (5 ounce) boneless center-cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, pepper, and garlic powder.

Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then dip each into the Parmesan mixture, pressing it in to ensure the chops are evenly coated. Place the chops in the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the pork is no longer pink in the center. An instant-read thermometer should read 145°F (63°C).
