Cooking Instructions
Heat canola oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season with onion powder and garlic powder, then add the rice. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice turns golden brown.
Add water and tomato sauce to the pan, bring to a boil. Then, reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and let it simmer until the rice is tender, which should take about 15 minutes.
