Four Seasons Melbourne to open in a towering complex with the world's tallest vertical garden

Envision a 5.5-kilometer garden trail (1 miles) – nearly twice the length of New York’s High Line – wrapping around the twisting exteriors of two skyscrapers, one soaring over 300 meters into the sky.
This is what awaits visitors at STH BNK by Beulah – a revolutionary dual-tower 'greenscraper' complex planned for Melbourne, set to house Australia’s tallest building upon its completion in 2028.
And the best part? Travelers will have the chance to stay overnight in the heart of this awe-inspiring city landmark when visiting Melbourne, Australia's second-largest city.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts revealed this week that its Melbourne location will occupy the top floors of the western tower – the shorter of the two – within this distinctive development.
Guests will enter the 210-room hotel through a Sky Lobby located on the 63rd floor. While the exact number of floors the hotel will occupy hasn’t been revealed, it is confirmed to feature wellness experiences, several event venues, and a rooftop restaurant and bar.

“This project will redefine luxury in Melbourne, delivering an unparalleled Four Seasons experience within an environment that will set a new benchmark in the city,” said Bart Carnahan, president of global business development for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Currently, the tallest hotel in the world is J Hotel in Shanghai, occupying the upper floors of the 632-meter Shanghai Tower.
Australia's tallest skyscraper and its stunning vertical gardens
STH BNK by Beulah is set to break a number of records.
The taller of the two towers will rise 365 meters above Melbourne's Southbank District, surpassing the 322.5-meter Q1 Tower on the Gold Coast to become Australia's tallest building. The second tower will reach a height of 273 meters, according to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
However, it is the design that truly distinguishes this project.

Claiming the title of 'world’s tallest greenscraper,' the facades of the two towers will feature rooftop tree gardens on the upper floors, with ferns and shrubs decorating the lower levels.
Once completed, the towers will house 12,500 square meters of public green spaces, including Australia’s highest sky garden.
Plans also include a 2,500-seat multifunctional conference and entertainment venue, a 3,500-square-meter international art gallery, experiential retail spaces, and a vibrant marketplace.
