The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is set to cruise through Asia starting next year.

Just a few weeks ago, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection revealed images of Ilma, the second vessel in its lineup. Now, the luxury sailing division of Marriott Bonvoy is back with updates about its third ship: the Luminara.

Beginning in 2025, Luminara will embark on its inaugural journeys in Asia, marking a first for the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Trips are currently scheduled from December 2025 to May 2026 and will feature thrilling stops in major hubs like Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore, as well as hidden gems like Ha Long Bay in Vietnam and Puerto Princesa in the Philippines.

Luminara, a ship featuring all-suite accommodations, will boast five dining options, six bars, a wine vault, a Ritz-Carlton spa, various room layouts, and a pool. It will also offer numerous inviting spots to unwind and take in the stunning scenery of Asia as you sail by.

"We are excited to be the first luxury hotel brand to enter the cruise market, expanding our yacht journeys to Asia's most desirable locations," stated Jenni Benzaquen, senior vice president of The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, and Bulgari Hotels and Resorts. "The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection provides guests with exclusive access to the world's most stunning destinations, all while indulging in the luxury and personalized service that The Ritz-Carlton is famous for," she added.

The itineraries will commence with a 14-night voyage from Singapore to Hong Kong starting December 30, 2025. Guests can anticipate a New Year celebration in Koh Samui, Thailand, two days of exploration in Bangkok, and several stops in Vietnam. Prices begin at $17,300 per person.

Looking ahead to 2026, there will be even more travel options available, including:

• A 12-night journey from Hong Kong to Tokyo, with stops in cities like Shanghai and Seoul. Prices begin at $17,700 per person.
• A 10-night adventure in Japan that starts and ends in Tokyo, exploring Japan and featuring a stop in Busan, South Korea. Prices begin at $14,700 per person.
• A 15-night expedition that begins in Tokyo, visiting northern Japanese ports before sailing to the U.S., with multiple stops in Alaska. Disembarkation occurs in the southern port city of Seward. Prices begin at $8,300 per person.

Before launching these Asian itineraries, Luminara will operate in the Mediterranean next summer, offering numerous trips that stop in iconic locations such as Rome, Barcelona, and Athens.
