I just left Koh Lanta with tears in my eyes and one reason is this mansion. I found everything you need for a super good price. Sea view, best matters I slept on in Asia so far, room super clean and everything is working very well. But the most important ONE is an incredible host, he made me fell like we know each other since long time. He helped us in every situation we had. Thank you One, I can't wait to be back!

Super nice and great accommodation!! We extended it twice and everything worked smoothly. Air conditioning and fridge in the room and great nature around a rum. Wan (the owner) and his family are super friendly and helpful. I can recommend it 100%! 7 Eleven is also right outside the door as well as cheap and super tasty Thai restaurants. It takes less than 3 minutes to get to the sea and there is also a nice beach bar/restaurant with a pool table and a really nice Thai family.

One of the nicest Hostel owners we met in Thailand so far, he helped us out so much. It was very easy to extend our stay. The rooms are clean and everything works fine. You can walk 2min to a very nice bar at the beach.

Left 10 minutes after arriving, the room was not what we booked online, Was also told we have to move rooms after 1 night after I had already paid for 3 nights, No refund given, Extremely unpleasant odours in the room! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Many fake reviews for this place

This is a good family guesthouse with excellent location, the owners are very kind and helpful people, really willing to help, and they speak English. Price/quality ratio is excellent. There are two large beds, really wide and comfortable, good bed linen, the kitchen corner in the room is small but comfortable, enough space to store personal belongings, hair dryer at the reception, cleaning upon request, drinking water is provided, excellent Wifi (suitable for working). It’s clean place, there are no unpleasant odors . We booked for two weeks but ended up still here and will stay for another month.

Sathapon and Leh are just the sweetest, most helpful people. The hotel is nice and has a great location: a 3 min walk from the beach and right next to 7eleven, yet still in a quiet road. It's the perfect home base to explore Koh Lanta and also: most comfortable bed in Thailand so far! Krub khun kha Sathapon, Leh & the whole Peace Lanta family. I will be back!

We had a less pleasant stay before this. When we called this hotel we were able to stay straight away! A super sweet couple runs the hotel and they try to help you with everything. You can communicate very well with both and you can do activities in the area for an excellent price. From the hotel you walk straight to a quiet beach where you can swim. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and immediately regretted it upon arrival. Located on a dirt road, with shabby view. My bathroom smelled horrible, like eggs, unbearable to be in. People slamming doors at night, waking me up. Rented a scooter, which was incredibly old. Owner/manager was walking around half naked, gargling all day, it was disgusting! Threatened to charge me more for late check-out, while he had false rules hung up in the rooms 🤷🏻♀️EDIT Reply to owner:In the rooms there is a list with rules. On the list the rules says ‘check out at 11:30’. After you threatened to charge me more, I took 10 minutes to check out, which made me check out at 11:10.This is an honest review, stating what the quality of the hotel is. Nothing to do with rules. 🤷🏻♀️

But the owner said that the check-out time of our hotel is 11:00 a.m. If you check out in the evening, you have to pay extra. But this customer refused. Finally, the kind hotel owner accepted this customer. Actually, we don't want to interfere with other people's affairs. But in this case, we really can't accept it. We really pity the owner of the hotel, shouldn't come across customers like this.
