The hotel was a little far from the center but it was wanted for our part absolutely superb with a breathtaking view from the swimming pool the only downside was the hygiene in the rooms

In my 5 years of living in Airbnbs about 80% of the time, this was the worst experience I've had.The whole resort looks like it was shut down in the 90s and they're just now trying to rent it without cleaning it up first. There are empty paint buckets under the stairs, tools with years of dust and dirt and rust on them under the tree shade. The place has been severely neglected. The Airbnb listing is a combination of photos from multiple different units, and so it's very misleading. When you actually arrive, you get a choice of a 2 bedroom place with a 2 by 2 meter windowless bunker as a "kitchen" and no living room or a studio with a decent kitchen but only one room. The airbnb listing makes it look like there's a decent kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and space for a living room (NOT TRUE!). The room didn't have proper plates, silverware, bowls, chairs, patio furnature, and I had to ask for that, and a squirrel nesting in the ceiling kept us from sleeping all week (host did not fix after 4d+).

DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL! I Cant believe the score it has on the hotel webistes! EXTREMLY OVERPRICED!!! 120 USD per night for an extremly old bugalow for 4 people.... for the same price, we stayed the following 3 nights at the twin lotus which was 10 times better. Old room, not well isolated, huge bugs came in at night! only 2 forks for 4 people, breakfast was at the level of the cheapest hostel in Europe. BY ALL MEANS, DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL, UNLESS THEY REDUCE THE PRICE DOWN TO 20 USD PER NIGHT FOR 4 PEOPLE! THERE ARE WAY BETTER OPTIONS! The woman at the reception was nice and helpful, but didnt speak much english

I've stayed here twice and never had a problem with bugs etc. as commented in other reviews. Given the proximity to jungle area and the hot humid climate, it's not uncommon to see lizards and roaches, but I've never experienced anything I would describe as an infestation.The staff are quite laid back and leave you alone, but will gladly provide you anything you need if you ask, such as spraying the room for bugs. The Lanta people are warm and friendly, but respect your privacy during your stay. It's sad that this is often seen as poor service. I found Dao, the owner, always happy to help sort anything in the room if asked.The only downside for me on my last stay was no air conditioning in the main living area, but bedroom had air conditioning. The first time I stayed I had the open plan bungalow so never had this issue. A steep walk to the room but great view.

The hotel looks pretty cool in pictures and it is not bad, but the bathroom was pretty uncomfortable. The air conditioning was noisy, the windows let the insects come in. It was clean but they use an oilish detergent that does not look clean. Personnel was not really pleasant. Check in and check out was OK.

It is the first time for me in Koh Lanta . I picked Phuchawee Lanta Resort . Room is so nice , modern and very beautiful . Staff is so friendly and good communication . I definitely recommend . And of course I definitely will be back again .

A great place for a romantic vacation! The view from the window won our hearts! Mountains, sea! This is what we saw as soon as we opened our eyes) a cozy terrace, a kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful view in the pool. And of course the staff! Thank you for always trying to understand us and fulfill our requests!! Our English is very bad)) here they can wash your clothes, rent a bike and arrange a transfer to the airport. Very close to a national park with a lighthouse and a very nice beach

STAY AWAY!!! Infested with bugs and termites. Unfriendly staff. Absolute worst- you might as well set up tents outside. Definitely not worth the money.

I was there at the end of January. The operators are very friendly and helpful. The system is unbeatable in terms of price-performance ratio. Everything is very sour and tidy. A very nice facility
