Probably the worst accommodation I've ever looked at 🤮. I immediately ran away again. It was cheap but nothing more and the pictures don't really match.

We had booked two rooms for 2 nights. When we arrived at 4 p.m. they were not ready. At first they wanted to put us in a single room without windows. We had to insist on having a second room. Then they put us in a kind of studio where there were two bedrooms. There was a strong smell in the room when I opened the bathroom this smell was so strong that I had to close the door. He had used an industrial disinfectant that is used for camping trash cans! The rooms were very dirty we decided to leave the hotel. Outside the courtyard was dirty and full of mess. During our two months of travel we have never seen such a poorly maintained establishment. On Agooda they post photos of their beautiful rooms but once booked they give you shabby and filthy rooms. I regret not having taken photos...the linen room is a room where they pile up pockets of sheets more than a meter high, the door remains open and the cats can enter. Don't try the experiment

This place was once cozy, now everything is not just “tired”, but literally broken and not working. It’s as if the owners were urgently selling everything during Covid. The TV was torn out by the roots, the tiles did not work. The water (only cold water is available) is turned off at 23:00. They offered to clean, but we refused - they don’t clean anything, they wave a broom a couple of times. On the second day, they found a dead mouse near the refrigerator. On the 4th day, the belt was gnawed by some larvae. Swimming pool is a big word. It's the size of a bathtub, hip-deep. If this housing were cheaper... By the way, you can negotiate with the hostess (who seems to be always stoned) for 500 Baht cheaper than at Booking. But for this money you can still rent a bungalow a kilometer away from this place and even a little closer to the sea.

The rooms are all very dirty. We had booked the balcony apartment for 4 weeks and were informed shortly beforehand that it had already been reserved. So we agreed to a deal and were only in the balcony apartment for 4 days and in another family apartment for the remaining weeks. 1 day before the move, she wanted us to move to another apartment for another 5 days that was much too small because the family apartment was suddenly booked. The service is very bad. The kitchen in the apartment was very dirty, we had to buy washing up liquid and cloths ourselves. According to the owner, cleaning the room is not included in the price????? No toilet paper was refilled, no fresh towels were brought, nothing.When we moved in on the first day there was a strange man lying in one of the beds.The location is also not good. You can hear the mosque and the box studio loudly every morning.We moved out after 4 days and didn't get our money back... Even though we were passed from room to room with 2 small children.Definitely not recommended

the room we have ordered in advance had a not so nice smell, so we changed to another and added more money.complex is an eclectic collection of rooms and designs, with different levels of prices.the Muslim prayer every morning is heard quite load inside the rooms as the mosque is very close.kitchen in my apartment was well equipped.

We took a morning cooking class at Penn's cooking school, we cooked fried spring rolls, thai green curry, laab salad and mango sticky rice.The teacher there was friendly but unfortunately he didn't give a lot of informations and he could only speak few English.The ingredients weren't so fresh. They said that they could propose a vegetarian option but it doesn't look like they were prepared for it.I don't recommend this cooking school. Instead maybe go to Time for Lime, there your money will be used in order to save animals lives.By the way, we are still waiting for the recipes so if you have them, once again, please send them.

Amazing family friendly place. The owner Penn is lovely and makes everything to make her guests feel welcome. Next door there is a gym and muy thai training center where you can take muy Thai classes. The staff is so lovely and I highly recommend staying here.

Simple and cheap apartment accommodation. You get what you pay for a simple Thai standard but family atmosphere. There is a common kitchen and socializing area, a small pool primarily for children. Every Friday, a bbq is organized where all residents are invited. It is close to the beach, but if you want to use the other hotels' pool, you have to go to the places where you can use the pool if you order food and drinks. There are several who rent an apartment for long periods and the owner Penn is always at hand so you get good tips on places with a genuine Thai feel.

I stayed at Lanta Complex for 6 months and was very pleased with the room, the shared kitchen / livingroom, location and the staff. The owner Penn made sure that I always was a part of the community at Lanta Complex, with gatherings, BBQ, and much more. I can recomend staying here both short-term and longstay.

Good Accommondation for low price. Everything was very Well. The Room was big and the bed comfortable. There is a Kitchen for useing as well. And a weekly BBQ on friday. The Staff is very friendly AS well.

Very familar and caring place. We stayed in a familyroom with a big bathroom. . We stayed for 4 weeks and going back in jan for 3 month. Recomend lanta complex. Looking forward to meet the owner again.

We took that 2 rooms Excecutive suite for 3 people. Pictures looked so nice.|There was space BUT rooms it was very used and many flyes in toilet.|And last night in neighbor music bar was especially noise to 2 am and after that there was music but not so loudly.|
