This is the best place i have stayed in asia in 3 months!So sweet hosts! Amazing service! And nice and easy scooter rent!The rooms are big and clean!It is 10000% worth staying here!

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Tan Residence! The warmth and kindness shown by the daughter and her father were truly remarkable. They went above and beyond, demonstrating incredible thoughtfulness by providing aloe vera when they noticed our sunburns. Their attentiveness made our stay truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Tan Residence not only for their exceptional hospitality but also for the cleanliness of the premises, well-furnished rooms, and comfortable beds. It's a definite must-visit for anyone seeking a wonderful stay experience.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in so far. Super clean and all the facilities you need such as kettle, soft drinks, water and more. And a very spacious room. With a terrace. The staff is really nice and we felt very welcome. The girl at reception speaks very good English and helped us very well. You can also rent motorcycles here. Location is good, a few minutes walk from the night market and the beach.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Restroom does not smell. Shower works well. No marks on the walls. Father & daughter team is very likable and the housekeeper lady is very nice as well. Garden area is big and nice. I think the price to value ratio is quite good here.

Fantastic staffs who could converse in English and pro-actively helpful.The rooms were new, clean and big. Beers, drinks and chips in the rooms were replenished daily.A few minutes to Lanta Walking Street with plenty of food options.

Really clean, spacious rooms, well-located near local businesses and the pier. The staff are so friendly and thoughtful, and we loved our stay here. You can rent motorbikes at the property too, which I’d recommend for Koh Lanta.

The hotel is simple. The rooms are very spacious & clean. The air conditioning works perfectly and we received a very warm welcome. You have the option to rent a scooter for 200 baht per day. The location is good and close to the pier and a night market. You can easily reach all the beautiful beaches on Koh Lanta by scooter.

Good place and Great price!👍I stay in Tan residence for long time..I would like to recommend everybody if you will come on Kon Lanta and looking for clean area, nice and clean room in town,on the main road,but 1 minute to the beach.Close to the Pier,Center for shopping,Tesco lotus,Bank,ATM, Exchange money,7-11,Saturday fresh market,Very helpful staff.
