A perfect place to stay in Koh Lanta! Everything’s close, my fav part of Long Beach, Lym, the host, is very welcoming and speaks English really well. Rooms are spacious and the 2nd floor has a view! Great value for money:)

I’ve stayed there for almost two weeks, and l loved it. Not only the bungalow was spacious with a small little terrasse to chill, but the location is excellent! Near the beach, near many restaurants, and a wonderful little bakery accross the street. Liam is a very VERY nice guy, reliable, friendly and very kind. My stay there was wonderful and l will not hesitate to go back there when l’ll visit Ko Lanta in the future. Très bon rapport qualité-prix que cet hôtel.

Lanta Amara is an amazing budget hotel option for staying on Koh Lanta near Long Beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, with close bike rentals and convenience stores. The beach is a short walk away, but can not be seen right from the hotel. The owner and family are very kind. There is cheap laundry service available right nice to the rooms as well. The national park and Lanta Old Town are 45 and 25 minute drives away, but because of how quiet the area is it is super convenient to rent a scooter and get to them as day tripsFor the price, I was expecting the rooms to be much worse but we were surprised to find very beautiful, newly renovated, rooms. This was one of the nicest rooms I got as a budget stay while in Thailand.

We stayed four nights here and we can't help but be satisfied!The rooms are spacious and practically new, always clean. They overlook a fairly quiet garden.The beach is 3 minutes walk away.They also run a laundry service at really cheap prices.The real difference lies in the owner, Liam. He was always available and was always super kind and pleasant.Definitely a point of reference if I return to Ko Lanta!Thanks Liam! ;)

The room is large with king size bed, very new, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room is cleaned every day if you wish. This hotel also has a "motorbike rental" which costs 250 baht per day and a laundry service (40 baht per kilo). The room and the curtains smelled funny. There is no restaurant here, but breakfast can be purchased next door. The beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot and there are enough restaurants to choose from. We were there in January and in the afternoon there were usually a lot of waves that were big and lots of jellyfish were washed up on the sand by the sea. The beach is nice but there is no possibility to rent a parasol. One downside to this hotel is that there are a lot of mosquitoes, mosquitoes that can cause dengue fever. When we arrived there were more than 30 mosquitoes in the room because the window had 2 small slits. Also lots of mosquitoes outside. The bathroom is large and has hot water, but it was very difficult to control, the water goes hot or cold very quickly. There are many minimarts nearby where you can shop. There is also 7 Eleven store where you can withdraw money and doctor's offices nearby.

The host is really nice, the rooms are clean. The mattress is one of the most comfortable I've slept on in Thailand, close to the beach, there is a laundry service, and also motorbike rental at a really fair price.

I will be back!I stayed for over a month and I LOVED it!!In fact, the first time I booked for 15 days to be able to consider moving or staying and finally I stayed without a doubt.CLEANLINESS for me is the best, it is impeccable, every day they clean you and leave you water. The services are very good, I work online and I could use the wifi to make video calls.The very comfortable bed, refrigerator, sink, everything brutal.While it is true that it does not have a pool, there is a hotel with a pool right next door and you can use it without a problem (or at least I did). Likewise, there are many resorts nearby with a swimming pool on the front line and by ordering a drink you can use it and it is worth it.It is close to the main street, full of supermarkets, restaurants, etc. And 5 minutes or less from the main beach walking.Everything I needed from the owner without problem, very friendly and helpful, he even took me to the bank with his motorcycle one day when I needed it.Next year I'll be back for sure, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! :)

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent level of cleanliness and comfiest bed I've slept on in Thailand so far :) only 300m from the long beach. Would 100% recommend! Very happy with our stay.

What a nice, quiet and well-kept place. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, you have everything you need. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Liam the boss is very friendly and gives you good advice. Possibility to rent a scooter on site. You can also have your laundry washed on site. We come back every year with great pleasure. Go there with your eyes closed, you won't regret anything. Thanks to Liam and his family ❤️

Loved Amara Hotel! The facility is quite new as they just opened before Covid-The room is so clean! Smells so good, bathroom is beautiful and everything is very well maintained!The staff really takes a good care of the place and the location, right next to the beautiful Long Beach shore where you can swim and enjoy every day.Will definitely come back next time I'm in Koh Lanta!Amazing value for money, I hope more people will know this place, they deserve it!

The landlord is great.Helps wherever he can and is always available.He picked us up from the pier.We'll be back.We had a bungalow.The rooms are extremely clean.Daily cleaning.The bungalow is bright and the room is spacious.A stone's throw from the beach.
