Luxurious Resort, the rooms are excellent, during our month of stay we lived in all the rooms, there are 3 types of them, the houses are comfortably clean, everything you need is there, cleaning upon request is always done quickly!!!!!!, the staff is responsive, friendly, the atmosphere is quiet, calm , romantic, the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Excellent, there are many cafes on the beach where you can spend time in the evening and listen to the night surf of the sea, a 7 Eleven store is nearby, a 3-minute walk, also boutiques, massages, fruit shops, a pharmacy, everything you need can be purchased without leaving nowhere!!!!!!!! This is a huge plus!!!!! Next year we are planning to return there with my husband!!!!! HUGE kudos to the hostess, her name is SOO, and to her STAFF!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!

I really liked the place, the house overlooking the sea😍. A cozy terrace where you can have breakfast with a beautiful view. The house itself is good, everything is there, I worked online on the terrace.Excellent care from the staff and the hostess of the hotel, they helped and resolved all issues! We also took excursions and transfers to Krabi here.Beautiful beach, clear sea. Not many people.Nearby there is a store and several cafes and fruit shops.We were delighted, we are going to come to this place again!If you like to have breakfast with a view of the sea, a secluded place and silence, you will also like it.

Despite the good rating on booking and Google, the pictures and the expected stay did not match. We didn't like our stay. The room is very noisy. You can hear loud music from the bars down on the beach well into the night. You can also hear a lot of engine noises and also animal noises. Since the bathroom has many larger air holes to the outside, you should expect to have larger spiders in the bathroom.The facility is very outdated and not hygienic! Likewise, the towels and bed linen are not clean (very unhygienic)! The door in the bathroom is broken and difficult to close.There is no WiFi in the room, but the WiFi in general on the premises didn't work at all.In addition, the room is not cleaned during the stay.However, the breakfast was quite okay. The staff was also nice and friendly.The beach can be reached on foot in 1-2 minutes.

In the top ! The manager Saô gave us all her help. The reservation platform (AGODA) did not inform us of the cancellation of our room, so we arrived there with a bad surprise. But Saô immediately took matters in hand and very quickly found us a room in a hotel close to his. The next two nights she rented us one of her rooms. Then she introduced us to the activities and booked for us (we don't speak Thai or English). And for our departure, she booked us the taxi for the ferry. Excellent times spent alongside Saô and the hotel staff. The location is very good, close to the sea, close to shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. I recommend.

It started when we arrived, we were given an upgrade out of “niceness”, a lie of course, there was probably something wrong with the other roomWhile flushing we noticed that the toilet was leaking, water was coming out of the floor, the lady assured us that it was nothing serious and put a towel around the toilet and that was itWhen I showered, insects came out, worms, beetles, everything, I don't know how long this room hadn't been cleaned, ah yes after showering the whole room was under water, I didn't have any warm water when I showered eitherThe rooms are so leaky that you can hear every fart from your neighbor and the call to prayer can be heard very loudlyThe rooms have nothing in common with the pictures, it's so dark, there's not a bit of daylightWhen it rained, we noticed that we had a leaky ceiling, not in one or two places but in four placesThe bed sheet was also dirty, we couldn't sleep on it, we spent the night on the blanket and checked out straight away the next day, even though we had booked 4 days, it was unreasonable

It’s basic but we liked it. Very good value. We almost got breakfast in bed. It was brought to us every day by Son to our door.
Son even gave us her daughter’s motorcycle on hire.

Not worth the money. The room was really really dark. It is near a muslim Temple that wakes you up on prayer times, and a school nearby that sounds damaged and therefore really bad for tge ears early morning.aon top of that the water pressure was not there, so the bum gun was for nothing and showering took 45 minutes 😅

I stayed 10 days on Koh Lanta and spent my entire stay at Baan Rabieng. A small bungalow 30 seconds from the sea, clean and air-conditioned. Very friendly, friendly staff. A family atmosphere.I had a little health problem there (too many planes, my legs swelled) and Sah ordered me a taxi to go to the doctor, she listened and helped me a lot. Laundry service on site. A top breakfast. Restaurants & a seven eleven right next door. In short, I recommend 100% 🙏🏻

"Deluxe" cottages need to be refreshed. The blinds don't work, the jacuzzi doesn't work, the shower barely has cold water. The windows are tinted, so you need to keep the lights on even during the day.

Baan Rabieng resort is super great location as it's just 100 m from 7-11 ,Tesco Lotus Express & small little local muslim food market. The owner is so kind,she upgraded my room to be Deluxe room,which is very spacious,clean ,equipped with microwave oven.Terrace at the back of the room ,you can see Klong Nin beach.The resort itself is not directly located next to the beach,but you need to walk through The Meteorological Department of Koh Lanta, as the It's next to each other.Facilites : Unfortunately WiFi cannot be used in the room.

One of the best locations I have stayed at on Lanta. A very short walk to the beach, 7 11, Tesco and other convenience outlets just a 2 minute walk away. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Even has parking space. Despite being so close to everything, it's incredibly quiet and peaceful at night.Stayed here again recently as a family of three and had a very pleasant stay. Extremely quiet time on Lanta at the moment and it's a very difficult time for hotels in the area. Although we were the only people staying there, and it would seem the place had not had guests for some time, the owner made sure our rooms were prepared and was quick to sort out issues with maintenance that you might expect when rooms are not used for periods of time.Sad to see the state of the beach as its close proximity to the rooms is one of the main things that drew us to stay here in the first place.Will certainly be staying here again on future visits.
