Beachfront hotel There is a walking beach, a spacious room, a large bed, and in the room there is a corner to sit and relax. You can lie down and play again. Dogs can stay. But there will be only 2 dog zones. If anyone comes to inquire about booking first. The room may not be available. Lovely staff, smiling, good atmosphere.

Had the room next to the bar, had no noise bleedthrough except in the Bathroom area which was very little.

The bar next door is really noisy. Unattended staff. A quality of food is below average. The beach in front of the hotel is kinda rocky and dirty. Walk a bit to the left and you will see a soft/clean/sandy beach.

The room is very good, next to the sea, you can see the sea view from the room. Whoever stays in this type of room is very good. The general atmosphere of the hotel is very good, very chic, has the atmosphere of staying on cushions, staying next to the sea, and the service staff is very good. Plus, the hotel provides a lot of privacy in this area. It's like having a private beach. Very nice. Next to the hotel is a very chic bar. The most famous in Koh Lanta There are kayaks for you to play with. It is a good and private vacation. There is a swimming pool in front of the sea, there is a 7Eleven in front of the entrance, just a short walk, normal prices, no charging because it is on an island like other places. The only disadvantage is that there is very little parking. Difficult to park and very difficult to make a U-turn with breakfast, which is considered very little for a hotel of this level.-Good staying for vacation and Good attitude 👍🏻

The rooms are clean, the rooms are very spacious. Especially the bathroom Sea view rooms can walk straight into the sea. Overall, the furniture and built-ins are quite strong. The front desk employee named Khun Patcha is very nice. When I came to check in the car had a problem, Khun Patcha helped me by following the staff to help take a look. until the car can be used At night the noise is not as loud as seen in reviews. Breakfast has a reasonable selection. You work hard at the egg station and are very nice. The night security guard was quite dark when we returned. He shone a flashlight for us to walk back to the room. Overall quite satisfied with the room and accommodations. Recommended.

The room is big, next to the beach, but the nearby bar is very noisy. If anyone wants to come and relax, I don't recommend it. By the time you can sleep it's after midnight. Bringing an adult to feel sorry for me, I hardly slept.

They steal from the room!!!! On the second day they stole 50 euros, I thought maybe I had transferred it somewhere, but the next day they deliberately left a wallet on the table with small bills and brazenly stole the money again. The administration throws up its hands, and the cleaning ladies just laugh in your face. You don’t want to go back to the hotel. It’s impossible to sleep at night because in our room the tree’s trunk is knocking against the hotel building and the sound is as if someone is hitting a wall with a heavy hammer. What's good about the hotel is the greenery, trees in the small garden and large rooms. That's where the positives end. If it weren't for the bar nearby, you could go crazy with boredom. The hotel is small and if there are vacationers with children, as we had, it will not be possible to relax. Constant low tide on the beach, rocky entrance. Breakfast is a separate topic, saving even on salads, they bring mini portions, to order an omelette you wait for 10 minutes, because the cook is somewhere sluggish. Like all the staff at the hotel, they are very lethargic and speak almost no English, even at the reception. The only guy I liked was in the restaurant on the beach. Very positive Room cleaning is a big mistake. Everything is dirty. I don't recommend it.

Very nice view but the hotel is old and not well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful and it is not their fault if the rooms and the hotel need a refreshing.On check in the room was dirty, with pop of animals (eventually rats, not sure about it) on the floor and in the shower, floor sticky, few spidernet, balcony very dirty. We need to ask for the room to be cleaned again. Room was full of mosquito and lot of ants.It's Thailand and few of the above are acceptable but not for the price you are paying for the room. The great value is the proximity to the beach and stunning view from the room. But for this price rooms should be in a much better condition and cleaner.
