The rooms are clean, quiet, have wifi, easy to travel to Khon Kaen University. Very good service. There is a shuttle to nearby places. Come to Khon Kaen, stay here every time.

Very good, clean, rest and relax. The room is spacious, has a kitchen to wash dishes, a microwave, has amenities, a wide bathroom. On the ground floor there is a coin-operated washing machine.

Kind and lovely staffThe room is very clean.Clean blankets and towels wrapped in sealed bags.There is a cabinet for storing personal valuables, a microwave, a clothes rack, and a sink. Complete with plates, bowls, spoons, forks, and knives. There is a laundry basket to put used clothes in. There is a coin-operated washing machine. If you only lack an iron, it's like being at home 😄Very impressed with everything, more than expected in my personal opinion. Even more than the price of the room If I come to Khon Kaen again, I'll definitely come here. There's a parking lot, just a 2-minute walk around. Don't be serious. Not far from food sources but quiet.

The room is clean but there is noise all the time. In the middle of the night I could hardly sleep. There was a group of people drinking in front of the accommodation at midnight. Besides making loud noises, where is the safety? Also, suddenly there was a stray dog in front of the room at 1 am. The gate doesn't close at night? And the parking lot is very far. If anyone is thinking of staying here, please think carefully.
