I stayed for a few days in September 2024. Many of the cabinets in the room were damaged, the swimming pool water was filthy, and the plastic board beside the swimming pool was damaged. The breakfast food was average. Chinese tour groups often stayed, and the WiFi was smooth. The service attitude of the hotel staff is good and worthy of praise👍.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All CostsWe recently stayed at this resort, and our experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property had numerous issues that needed addressing.1. Our bathroom had serious drainage problems, nearly flooding during our stay. When I told at the reception, she couldn’t understand me and instead of sending the carpenter, showed me a video how to open the shower tap like I’m dump lol2. The room itself was dirty and old, floors never moped with a strong moldy smell.3. There was no wardrobe in the room, wasn’t even soap provided, not mentioned the toothbrush and toothpaste.4. The location is isolated, surrounded by slums and jungle, and far from the center and the pier. It’s scary to walk from the beach to the hotel as there are lots of stray dogs. We got into a very stressful situation when we were going back from the beach and a huge dog made us frozen and we couldn’t move and we were a minute away from the hotel so I called the receptionist and explained what happened and asked for help and of course she couldn’t understand me. Luckily there was a guy on a motorbike passing by and he helped me to pass by the huge stray dog. I’m very grateful to him of it wasn’t him I might have been stuck there not sure for how long.5. The way to the beach is terrible, there’s a road repair and you have to pass the dangerous route to get to the beach. I’ll load the pictures.We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel fails to deliver on even the basic amenities and comfort. It is not worth the money, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Small but very efficient staff: they answered our questions and helped us organize sea trips and transportation. The breakfast was great and all the staff work very hard to make the facility work. It's a shame that there is a very dark and muddy stretch of road (when it rains) when you return in the evening.

My God, the horror hotel. Deserves 0 stars! Hotel surrounded by slums and jungle.We arrived at this hotel 2 adults and 2 children. No elevator and inaccessible for people with reduced mobility. The photos show beautiful rooms with a great swimming pool.Check in very very long more than 45 minutes. She wants a deposit of 2000 bath as well as an excessive surplus for breakfast for our children aged 5 and 11 and is also asking for money for an additional extra bed which is nothing other than a mattress. even the very thin and very hard ground. My 5 year old son didn't have a bed, he had to sleep with us on very hard mattresses too. Please note, no large bed, just small beds that are joined with sheets.1 cushion per head. We ask to have the mattress changed but it is simply impossible because no mattress is available. The pool is disgusting to vomit, I saw with my own eyes a man spit in it 3 times in a row in the space of 20 seconds. I saw a snake fall from the roof of the reception and slither into the streams of the swimming pool. I asked to have the pool cleaned, they said yes, but nothing was done. We didn't even swim. Rooms deserve a good refresh. No joints on the floor or walls, no windows in the bathroom so lots of mold. Toilet and shower not even separated by a curtain. Impossible to put on makeup properly because the lights in the bathroom are not suitable. Total rubbish!Breakfast too minimalist, no vegetables or cheese, no cereals for children, there is something for Asian tastes but not enough for Europeans, the only thing we could eat was bread with butter and jam.No smoking otherwise fine of 2000 bath nor on the balcony even on the terrace. there is a smoking area outside the hotel. Far from the center and the beaches. Very disappointed 😞

Superb hotel very well located 5 minutes walk from the port. Clean and comfortable room!Good value for money. On the other hand, breakfast needs to be improved. There is nothing to eat and it is not very good. We went to have breakfast in an outdoor cafe.

If anyone doesn't rent a motorbike, you can say 2-taews because they travel around the entire island. As for the price, it's at an acceptable rate. You can walk in or reserve through Agoda as well. The selected room is on the 3rd floor, at the far corner next to the stairs with a view of the pool. But there is a room next to the pool on the first floor as well. If you like, you can go for it. In the pool, there is a chic corner to sit and chill, make comments in the pool and order drinks to get the feel of a small bar. Both children's pool and adult pool Regarding the room rate, it includes a buffet breakfast, very worth it. Good service staff, helpful and good advice. The room was clean and the management was excellent. If anything was broken or couldn't be used, a technician came to take a look. It is considered that this place has a well-thought-out decoration that makes it feel unique and good for staying.

The receptionist is very good and very cute. The room is good, the light is good, but it's like it's been renovated. There are some old points such as Curtains are moldy. Breakfast is not diverse at all. It's like choosing which set to get. I thought it was a buffet. The location is not far from Sai Kaew Beach. If you have a motorbike, overall I'll give it a 7.8/10. I expected it to be as good as a hotel.

Very friendly hotel, a pretty well-maintained swimming pool, a simplistic but good breakfast nonetheless, very comfortable beds, very clean bathroom, 7 minutes from the beach and a small, very lit and lively street, the staff is helpful. 'exceptional kindness, very helpful and smiling.I recommend!

Room 226, 2nd floor, corner room in the middle, dirty, sandy, lots of mosquitoes, can't watch TV, no remote provided.(Staying in on 7 April 2024, leaving on 8 April 2024)My mobile phone disappeared on the night of April 7, 2024. I went out to dinner. Contacted to ask to see the CCTV around 10:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. but was not taken care of. or response in any way said owner Can't go abroad to see From that day until todayThe comment posted on April 12, 2024 at approximately 3:00 p.m. coordinated with the accommodation again to request to see the CCTV cameras.Still can't watch. Again...in my personal opinion..it means very poor service for customers. I stayed because my mobile phone was lost..it's a very important matter.I think ...it's really bad and terrible service.

It's nice that it's not far from the port, and the swimming pool is also nice because it has a shallow pool where children can play.When moving on the sidewalk, you have to pass through a slightly dark alley.It's a 1-minute bike ride and an 8-10 minute walk. It's right on the main street, so it's great for buying a late-night snack.

Very convenient and clean.Suitable for either family or friends.Staff services were excellent. They recommended all the good places and beautiful beaches to check out. They also help us book local taxis at reasonable prices to travel around Samed Island.The location is the best for me because it isn't far from Saikeaw Beach. Even though it’s not a Beachview hotel I can still take a short walk to swim and do beach activities.I can also take a short walk to 7-11 convenience stores and local fast food for lunch.

The hotel was under all criticism. The room poorly maintained. Hole in the door, blockage in the drain in the shower, paint flaking on the wall, poor cleaning, dust on the shelf, dirty toilet roll holder. Despite the promise of a roller blind out to the pool (the first day), it was never fixed. Strange bed. Had to get in and out from the foot end, otherwise you had to crawl to the side. Difficult to get to the chairs via the balcony door. No chairs or tables in the room. No welcoming entrance when you arrived, high edges to get up. The staff did the best they could. Never, never again.
