Some of the food is very delicious. I recommend Panang, Tom Yum Kung, and fried vegetables. We didn't stay here. I was just hungry so I went in to eat.

Peaceful, normal rooms but not very clean The water flow is not very strong. Service is ok. You can walk to the entire beach for dinner. You can choose. Breakfast is so-so.

Samed Cabana is located directly on the beach. Our room was located in cottages around the pool. These cottages have two rooms on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. The rooms are neat and have air conditioning.The beach has a floating pier, but we were dropped off on the beach by boat and had to go through the water for a while 🙂.The accompanying restaurant serves a wide choice of Thai and European dishes.

I don't expect anything, so for me the things worth appreciating here are the friendly staff and quiet space. I like being on a beach that doesn't have too many tourists. Plus, I fell while at the beach and they took me to the hospital on the island immediately, and they also gave me a cake for my birthday (yes, I spent my birthday here). . Breakfast is free and you have beach chairs reserved for resort guests. Clean the room every morning.

Very expensive hotel for the quality of the rooms and the poor service in this hotel. Apart from the porter, the staff is really not friendly. I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

Beautiful beach, beautiful house but dirty. Come with family. My sister found me in the bathroom and called the employee to come chase me. The employee said that I had already left. And finished mopping the floor and spraying. At breakfast, flies were swarming. Cockroaches were found on the dining room table. A jar of honey was swarming with flies. When I told the staff, they took it and wiped it and left it for the customers to eat. Um, that's great. The beach is very beautiful, the accommodation is beautiful, but if the staff hasn't improved it yet Probably shouldn't come.P.S. When we have live music, it's very good. But the food is not delicious.

We’ve book 3 rooms of beachfront and sea view rooms. I found a mouse in a sea view room toilet at 3:30am. And this hotel doesn’t have anyone to service until 7am. I had been calling asking many time until 7:30am, they send maid with a dry towel…:( . A mouse wasn’t in toilet anymore but it’s in the bedroom, and they have done nothing beside saying it went out but nobody see where it went!I pay total for 21,000 bath and I feel disgusting to live with a mouse in the room.

Good location, but may encounter various loud noise problems from the service. The bathroom as others have reviewed is not to the point of being unacceptable but not worth the price. The air conditioner may be a little cold at times. Breakfast is considered good, using good ingredients like a 4-star school.If you've never been there, you should try it at least (1) time.

Booked a beach font room that was not impressive. In front of the room there are trees blocking the view. Well, it's probably unlucky because the other rooms have very good views. The price is the same. At night, there are tables on the beach almost in front of the room. It's too invasive. As for dinner The staff who made the water said they couldn't bring it to eat in the room. There was no service room. They said they would be scolded by the boss. But this young employee gave a very good recommendation. The service is good. I'd like to praise it. But any food service in this room should be provided. One more thing, the hotel's phone number is impossible to contact. Called almost 10 numbers, no one answered, some turned off the phone. communication is bad

Before booking this hotel, I had read quite a few reviews. And I think that some things we can accept, such as employees' ignorant speech. Service at the restaurant, water flowing slowly, and insects are all acceptable. Except for employee communication/management within the hotel. That is, you have to communicate more than 1 time in order to understand each other. (Some) employees act like they have eaten a hornet's nest somewhere. It's like this place has to retrain all employees in service. Saw a sign posted inside regarding customer service. But I don't know if you've read it or not.

The only good thing is the location. I'm not sure if I didn't understand or not. Came out to eat at 9:00 a.m. Most of the food was gone. Employees take time to fill each item one at a time. Each one takes more than 15 minutes. Booked without any expectations. The image in my head thought that Koh Samet was crowded with people, but on the actual day I went it was calm. Not too crowded, the beach is beautiful, clean, much more shady than expected. The room is good, just next to the bathing water, which flows very gently. Good service staff The food is average but the view is the highlight.

The location of the resort is right on the beach and that is the only positive thing about this.The hotel staff is very lazy and pretend not to understand English.They don't even arrange for pick up and drop and no answer when called.Breakfast options are basic and not great.
