Complete disaster! Room not clean, sheets and pillows with stains. Towels were also dirty, when we asked to change them, only the dirty ones were taken away without us getting new ones. The location is catastrophic because you are basically right next to the fullmoon party. During the fullmoon party the prices are also outrageously overpriced. Never again!

This was probably the worst hotel in my life and at a completely overpriced price.One can only advise against the hotel.The bed sheets had yellow stains, towels for the room were dirty and stained several times (after we complained to reception, these were replaced with new ones and the dirty ones were simply placed with the other clean ones for other guests). Overall, the room was very dirty when we checked in and there was hair in the bathroom.The air conditioning didn't really work either & the bathroom was flooded with water after every shower because there was no door to the shower and the border only reached my shoulders (I'm 1.87 m tall). Unfortunately, the mirror in the bathroom doesn't have a lamp nearby, so it's very dark (it makes shaving/putting on make-up more difficult). In addition, the balcony door could not be completely closed even when locked.Breakfast is in a completely different buildingThe only good thing about the hotel is the location if you want to go to the Full Moon Party.

Strange breakfasts. They take place in another hotel. 6 days ordering from the menu (sausages, omelet), and 1 day buffet of sausages and omelettes. They are trying to save money in a strange way. The price per room does not justify such moves.

I stayed 3 nights here during the Full moon festival and it was perfect. Check in was easy, and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Even when I was sobbing my eyes out on arrival (I was very tired) the staff at the front desk were kind. My room had great AC, ok bed for comfort, and super hot water. Wifi worked great. I didn’t go to the gym so I can’t speak for that, but the vibe and cleanliness of the pool was fantastic. Breakfast was included and was a short walk from the hotel. It wasn’t bad for a free breakfast! This place is about an 8 minute walk to the beach/festival, and there are so many shops, restaurants along the way. Even on the night of the festival it was still quiet when I got back to my room. Overall I’m glad I stayed here and it wasn’t a bad price for what you get!

I have a bit mixed reviews on this and I think it’s really around the time I went (full moon party) but it was a pretty pricey. I think my only complaint if I had one was the AC unit in my room toooook forever to cool it down and when I left it warmed up quickly and had to start the cooling process again .. great location

We were here once 4 years ago and were actually thrilled. However, you can clearly see the 4 years here. Rooms are worn out and the bathroom could also be renovated.

Large, clean rooms with a pool view, fitness room, varied and fresh breakfast, there was a beach around the corner, emergency power supply in the hotel, everything was dark for about 2 hours after it rained, except our hotel
