Treated like a fish in the face is an understatement! After having booked and ABOVE ALL PAID 90 euros for 5 nights, the owner tells us that she no longer collaborates with Agoda, the site with which we booked and therefore no room... we explained to her and showed her that we had everything in order... both booking that payment but you are not interested. We even had to leave the island of Ko Tao because we booked on the same day you arrive and in high season even just a hostel has unaffordable prices. I strongly advise against it!!

Terrible...absolutely to forget...we arrived on the island I booked with Agoda and paid...as soon as I arrived at the facility they told me that they no longer work with Agoda and that they had all the rooms full...I lost €100 and they left me in the middle of a road... at least I expected a message from the hotel so I could avoid leaving for the island and not knowing where to sleep... truly terrible management

Stayed there for some weeks and would recommend the place.The rooms are dark and it’s an older style but they are clean. You also have a shared working space/living room and a shared kitchen. There is drinking water available for free. It is a good place and if you like to cook or would like to have a kitchen it’s wonderful. The kitchen is not that good equipped but you will find the basic stuff.Sometimes it’s really difficult to reach someone from the staff because there is one phone number but they will not answer you directly and sometimes it takes 1 day.. there is no classic reception, but mostly you will find someone in the pharmacy next to sky Hometel.Booking online is always expensively than book directly in the pharmacy.You will find your own fridge in your room and also a bigger shared fridge in the kitchen.

An incredibly comfortable bed - a gift from God after a long journey, we first took the room for 2 nights, then extended it for another 2. The room has everything you need in good condition, although the TV could not be set up, but this was overshadowed by the fantastic view of the mountains through the window. The kitchen block has everything and even more for self-cooking. The creaky door and the smell of the toilet were a little disturbing. Everything you need is nearby: cafes, shops, tourist offices. There is a picturesque path to the beach. Quiet at night! The staff is genuinely welcoming and friendly. A very worthy option for your money.

A newly opened, hip hotel under Best Western, a hotel chain with many branches around the world. It's a compact, hip hotel with an affordable price. There are 81 rooms with complete amenities. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop. A famous Chinese restaurant, Charlie's by Tongpeng, has also opened in the hotel. Let me tell you that it's delicious and the price is normal.

Aside from the good location, it is not a good place for Koreans.First of all, there is no elevator and no reception.It feels like a guesthouse run by a pharmacy on the first floor, and is definitely not a hotel.Check-in is done by going into the pharmacy.The location is good as it is a 1-2 minute walk from 7-Eleven.It's convenient because there's a coin laundry right in front.The cleanliness of the accommodation is above average for the price, but the fatal drawback is the water pressure.The water pressure in the sink is good, but the water pressure in the shower is so bad that it breaks my skin when I wash.The second floor is the accommodation and common lounge, so it's good to buy fruit and eat it, but it's so hot that you end up going to your room.It's nice because there are a lot of places to eat nearby, but I don't recommend it because the water pressure is so weak.

Good location on Koh Tao! You are down on the beach in five minutes. Also plenty of restaurants and nightlife around, but nothing you can hear when you're going to sleep. The rooms were nice sizes and the kitchen area was nice to have in the evening. You must check in at the pharmacy. They say they also offer to pick one up at the harbor when you arrive, but they stopped answering before we arrived... But all in all, it's a nice place to stay for backpackers especially!

Perfectly good hostel. Good for the price just basic and clean. Only reason it’s not 5 star was the person we were corresponding with said they could pick us up from the ferry drop off then stopped responding therefore did not pick us up but taxis were easy enough. Free bread and jam, both ran out at different times and had to ask staff to replace.

Super great accommodation. Short walk to the beach, very close to bras and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and common area are very clean. Would stay here again!

Super cute place to stay. 2 min walk to the beach. Nothing fancy but has everything you need plus renovated. The best part: they have a kitchen you can use :)

Really enjoyed my stay at Sky Hometel. Good price and rooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was nice also. Would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who were super friendly and so helpful. Would highly recommend.

Had a very pleasant stay here with a cozy and clean room. Shared kitchen with extra drinking water. And Charuwan is super friendly and helpful. Great location: right in the center and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Gladly again 👍

Charuwan will do everything to inform you regarding arrival on Koh Tao.The accommodations are clean, the common area is practical with everything you need for cooking.Close to everything on foot (7/11, beach, restaurants, bar etc.) if you don't want to use a motorbike.We recommend and thank you again to our host!

We stayed here for a few nights while diving on the island. Our room was just off the main road, a 1 minute walk from our dive school. The location was great and the room is beautiful. It can get a little loud occasionally with street noise, but you’re in Koh Tao so you expect that a little.
