It smelled very bad, the staff was not nice. Didn't sleep well as there was noise all night from outside and there was also no AC so it was very hot.The price was good but you can definitely find more comfortable and fresher accommodation for that price range.

I booked this hotel through priceline with a credit card. They refused to allow me entry because I paid credit and they wanted cash. However I had already paid for it with credit and they told me I needed to cancel it with priceline and the payment would not go through. That was not the case and this also got credit card shut down and blocked. Now I have no credit card in a foreign country due to their greed. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else.

DO NOT COME HERE. The owner was absolutely the rudest man, screamed and cursed us out (mind you we are two young girls) and came aggressively close to us. All because we took a little more than five minutes to order something. Never coming back again.

Worst experience ever. Trying to sleep here is having a speaker blasting in your room 24/7. The walls shake, and it sounds like you're inside the bar. This isn't a party hostel; it's a regular guesthouse above a bar, an incompatible combination. It's one or the other, but never both. I would never return.If you want a party hostel, go elsewhere. If you want to rest, definitively go elsewhereo. I can't find any reason anyone would want to stay here.The rooms are fine, but the heat is unbearable without air conditioning.In short: AVOID this madhouse!

One of my favorite must go bars in chaweng, family run business makes you feel right at home. The owners are helpful and responsive with any requests. Guesthouse kept immaculately cleaned and attentive. Many pool tables to choose from, must visit.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had a great balcony also. The bar downstairs is perfect for a night out. Free pool and great happy hour deals. The location is very central. We had no problems falling asleep but there is a night club right next door which can be noisy but it is a busy tourist island so is to be expected. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again. The owners are very kind also.

Booked for 500bhat for one night, then extended at reception no problem twice for 500 each time. Very flexible. The room was simple with a very good balcony where you can hear the life of the city. We had no problems falling asleep but can understand some people's comments about those..

Simply perfect!Best location in chawengThere is a bar directly below you where you can have fun at the numerous pool tables. The beach is also easy to reach on foot. If you live very centrally there, you have to expect increased noise. The staff is also super nice to you.

Lovely couple run the pub/ hotel. They were extremely friendly and looked after us very well. It is central and close to all the main bars making it perfect if you want easy access to the beach and local restaurants/ bars. The rooms were clean and the Irish bar below offers free pool and Guinness .We had an issue with the air conditioning as a previous guest had put a coin in the key holder. They were very apologetic and kindly moved us to a different room with aircon and gave us all a free Irish breakfasts! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

The rooms were alright, and the service was ok, but the location is HORRIBLE if you like to sleep at night, lolIt's right next to a club, and you can literally feel every bas drop. It's like sleeping in a party 💀And may I add it doesn't stop till like 6 in the morning.

We ordered 4 Jameson whiskeys, saw that they were pouring from a different bottle, asked if it was Jameson, the answer was “yes”, asked to show the bottle on the bar and it turned out that they poured it with SangSom. They fixed it in front of us, but it was unpleasant.

Excellent service and attention.Highlight the large number of nightclubs in the area, which compete to play the music louder. Recommended to bring plugs and melatonin or be a quick sleeper, in our case we were fully aware of the situation. I would recommend improving the insulation of the bathroom and the balcony on the terrace, although highlighting the already good sound insulation.I would repeat without hesitation.Very clean room.

These people are true legends, they make you feel at home. will help you with anything you need tony and toola are what makes me and my son return every year to see them and they sell Guinness on draft get up
