The hilltop suite was very comfortable and spacious. Shower head placement pretty close to wall. It's a steep climb up. They do have a golf cart that will take you, but in 7 days we were never lucky enough to catch a ride. Breakfast was quite good with just abour every option.

Amazing 5 stars all round.Stayed here to do the diving with bansWe were upgraded to premium room with no extra cost, huge spacious bright rooms with great sized bathroom, bath robes, umbrellas, towels, hair dryer, water and slippers all provided.Extremely friendly staff at bans from the reception to the diving instructors,I would avoid the restaurant though there are far better restaurants in Koh Tao!Will definitely be back again to dive here at Bans!

We didn't have a good stay here! It's convenient to learn diving courses, but that's it. Most hotels on Koh Tao Island offer this, so it's not unique to Ban's. The service at Ban's is not worth the price. Only the front office is quite good, but it closes at 8 PM.At the restaurant, we ordered chicken wings for takeout. The waiter put the chicken wings into the box with his hands right in front of me! The transportation service is terrible; some of the drivers always have an impatient expression on their face. We stayed on the mountainside, and it's not convenient to go to the beach, so I saw that expression many times.On the day of my checkout, the driver refused to take us to the front desk. He insisted that we walk down a steep slope with our child and heavy luggage. When I insisted, he very rudely drove us down. It greatly affected the vacation experience.

no soap in the bathroom for handwashing.. nobody at the reception in the evening so in any case of emergency or u need any help.. well.. you are completely on your own. sorry but this is horrible customer service.

Excellent location quite in the middle of Sairee beach. So, there are a lot of shops, restaurants, dive shops etc. very near.Quite a big hotel complex, accommodation on both sides of main road. Reception and breakfast restaurant next to beach.Breakfast is best so far this trip: a lot of choices and when you have early wakeup for dive trip, breakfast is ready by 6 o'clock.

If you are in the room at 8am they will open the door and rush into your room or make other loud noises to make you leave the room. They have the worst room cleaning staff in Thailand.

Situated in Sai Ree Beach which is considered town center of Koh Tao. Very convenient if you like diving since Ban's offer hotel and diving courses and fun diving as well.Room were okay. I stayed in superior room which is on the other side of the road(not beach front), you need to walk up the hill from the beach to the other side. It wasn't far though but just steep hill.

The place is really big with many kinds of rooms and services, large breakfast , bike rentals, dive trips and more.Some services (like gym) qre with aditional pay. It sometimes felt un-personal but staff do try to help.I would suggest to understand where in it you will be staying as some rooms are far and high above the beach and although they do try hard to help with a golf cart service, its sometimes unavailable due to the time .

Diving trips and trips around the island are also available.The activity has 3-4 pools.People who haven't been black for a long time can refresh.Standard room, 2 stars, I understand the price.The Superior room, given 5 stars, is the same as before, according to the price.As for the pool, I will take pictures to share with you.

Huge resort with lots of young western people, good for divingBe careful when choosing rooms, the cheap ones are extremely sparsely furnished and not clean. We then negotiated a cheap upgrade, but the new rooms were always a bit damp, which was also due to our clothes, which were always wet from divingLots of large pools and restaurants and bars all in one place, really great location - a big village that you don't have to leave for weeks

Very nice resort. We stayed in a bungalow at the top of the mountain, about a 10-minute walk from the beach (but there was a shuttle service that takes you up and down the mountain). The whole area was very well maintained but also very green with many small gardens, a small stream and several pools. The food and breakfast in our own restaurant right by the sea was really good and inexpensive. Beautiful beach and great service, shops and smaller stores in the immediate vicinity.Always my pleasure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The service is excellent, the view from the villa at the top of the mountain is amazing. The resort is like a small town that has everything and you don't really have to leave it.The restaurant is excellent, the laundry service is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant and there is a show at the bar every evening.The first room we stayed in had a broken air conditioner, the showers with a very gentle stream of hot water, and the room doors for some reason didn't really lock / the cleaning staff left them open. So we couldn't leave valuables in the room.Highly recommended!

Stayed in jungle house which was a bit out of the way but they have a golf cart service which will take you to your room 24/7; Liam was great and always a pleasure to see. The room was lovely and very affordable (booked on Agoda). The pools were always free and well kept.
